The basement apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and closet. It includes a private living room with a double futon bed that has a single bunk attached. You will have a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub, living room, kitchenette, washer & dryer and a patio area with a Big Green Egg, Blackstone, grill & two burner fryer. You may use our shared pool & hot tub!We are in the center of a cattle farm, so in the evenings the sounds of tree frogs and crickets are all you can hear.
