We do store our boats on property as well.Quite HoursWe do request that you do not play music outside, between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Lake LBJ is one of the largest constant level lakes in the U.S. and is ideal for water-skiing, jet-skiing, boating and fishing. The lake house is in a no wake zone in the cove which is great for swimming and docking boats and personal watercraft. Guests love the super-sized boat and fishing dock. The oversized dock has plenty of room for everyone and is the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, dancing, or just relaxing and enjoying the activity on the lake. The dock also has a water slide or you can have fun kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Please bring your own life vest and lake towels. The water near the shore is shallow enough for smaller children to wade and gradually gets deeper. You will enjoy the freshness and cleanliness of this home. It is kept in excellent condition. The kitchen comes completely equipped. All you need to bring are your food and drinks. The living room has a 50 inch TV and plenty of seating for everyone. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 32 inch TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunks, one with full-sized mattress on bottom. To maximize your enjoyment we have a patio with a fire pit, as well as the boat dock with a huge upper deck. There is a boat lift and closet available for your use as well. The upper deck is perfect for getting some sun or watching the sunset!
