Super clean, excellent facilities particularly the front desk staff were very helpful

Location was good, close to restaurants and access to hiways. Breakfast was good, but on one day eggs were only available boiled, in quiche or in breakfast sandwiches. Please at least have scrambled. The double queen room was large and comfortable with a huge closet, but only one luggage stand. A room that accommodates 5 needs more places for suitcases. We only got maid service once and they changed the towels, emptied trash and made beds. No cups or coffee/tea supplies were refilled. The only ice machine is on the 3rd floor and laundry with a single washer and dryer on the 2nd. You have to load funds in an app to use the laundry. The pool is very small, 4.5ft deep.

Facilities are newer and well kept. I have zero complaints admit my stay here. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I woke up to late for the breakfast or I'd comment on that as well.

It is particularly convenient here and you can park for free! ! ! There are a lot of food to walk next to it, and there is also domestic COCO milk tea, ah ah ah, I didn't expect it at all, super super! !

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and extremely clean that’s a plus for me. The staff very nice but especially I want to give thanks to the maintenance guy for helping me open my room door while my daughters were in the room sleeping with the latch on the door I couldn’t get them to wake up and open the door so ty maintenance for your help on this matter. Love the outdoor pool! Will defenitely be booking here again soon!!

The LOVELY staff put us in a corner room away from the elevators on the 3rd floor... that's never happened for me without asking and I was BEYOND appreciative! Breakfast was delicious!..sausages/waffle/eggs 1st AM, then made na omelet/English muffin breakfast sandwich w/ yogurt the 2nd AM. Felt safe in this area & close to restaurants & shopping.

The breakfasts in the United States are similar, especially the Holiday Inn. The hotel's breakfast is okay. The hot spring bath is very good, very comfortable, and the environment is very quiet. The cleaning is not very full, and I only changed my bath towels once during four days. Similarly, the waiter who cleaned the room didn't feel responsible, the front desk waiter was too good.

I was with my family, and it was so good. It was really like home. I really like being able to cook!

Pretty basic room... clean enough and did the job but it's a tad pricey for suck a bare bones room. Staff was friendly though and no real complaints.

The suite I got is very nice and spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is good and the hotel facilities are very good.
