Very nice hotel staff was very professional and very friendly and thanks for the cookies each day and the cookie jar very convenient to restaurants and our fishing boat

La casa è molto bella e tipica americana. La posizione tutto sommato è comoda perché in pochi minuti di auto si arriva alle cascate. Il parcheggio dietro casa è utilissimo. In casa si sta molto bene. La cucina a disposizione permette di cucinare e poter consumare qualsiasi pasto in autonomia. È vero che non è offerta una colazione completa, ma è offerta frutta fresca, te di ogni qualità, altre bevande, cereali, latte e ogni cosa necessaria per cucinare, quindi secondo me è anche meglio di un classico b&b. Siamo stati bene con la temperatura anche se non c'è modo.di controllarla autonomamente. La doccia è spaziosa. Il parquet fa un po' di rumore ma è ovvio che sia così visto che è originale e molto bello. Al piano di sopra nessun problema e in ogni caso per qualche rumore di troppo (nulla di assurdo) bastano dei tappi. Il proprietario è stato cordiale e disponibile. C'è la sensazione di essere un po' sotto controllo, ma non in maniera sgradevole. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la dimensione del letto visto che lo spazio ci sarebbe.

The old hotel is decorated in a classic and elegant location, a few minutes from the Falls Park, and there is a viewing room on the roof to see the Niagara River and the waterfall (the last two pictures). Free coffee, hot water and lemonade are provided on the first floor all day, as well as green tea and cocoa bags. The room was clean and comfortable. The most important thing is that every front desk clerk is very good, warm and welcoming. Especially moving was that before I checked out that morning, I suddenly had a huge stomachache in the room. The front desk helped to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital and told me not to worry about the room. After the treatment, it was 5:30 pm. I returned to the room to pack my things and check out. I asked how much money I had to pay for the late check-out. The front desk manager said that I didn't need to pay any more money. I was fine. The most important thing! It's really touched to hear such a word, such a humane hotel that makes people feel warm is worth a super five-star evaluation!

I paid in cash for breakfast at the hotel, and after checking out, the breakfast money was deducted from my credit card! I have complained to Trip and the hotel about repeated charges, but I still haven’t received any reply or refund from the hotel! I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and settled the bill by cash. My credit card was charged again after check out! Duplicate charge!! The hotel doesn't reply my email so far. Very disappointed!!!

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on my business trip. I plan to use it again on my next business trip and thank you for your excellent service.

It is very near to goat island and Niagara Falls. The room is big and can put 2 big luggage. Free breakfast but carpark at usd11 plus which public parking is just usd10. Will be great if come with free parking. Cleaning every 3 days. Clean towels at the reception. The bed is comfortable but pillows a bit too soft and small. After all, will stay against if coming again.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

I went to see the falls. Although this town is small, KFC and McDonald's are nearby, which is convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite surprising. The buffet breakfast is also OK and you can eat enough.
