The property includes a year round creek, an idyllic pond full of bass and bluegill(catch and release), as well as varying fruit trees you can pick from depending on the season. This vintage restored home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, indoor/outdoor seating, 4k TV with streaming options and comfortable beds and linens. NO large groups or parties. Our cameras are facing away from the home.****No pets due to severe allergies, no smoking in the home and absolutely no parties. We prefer no shoes in the home.****Children and babies, must always be attended. The interior of the home has furniture that is NOT secured to the walls and no cabinet blockers are installed. The large pond perimeter is NOT fenced off, the pond reaches 6ft in depth. We provide life jackets in various sizes for use of the boat. BE aware there are a few small level changes in the one story home.****You assume responsibility for all guests. We reserve the right to charge a fee of $100 per additional guests that is not included in the booking. Please inquire about additional guests visiting and not staying over night.****Quiet Hours after 10pm.
