3-Star Hotels in Salt Lake City

The room is new, no odor, and not far from the airport. Breakfast ended at 9am, so early that we didn't even get to eat. The Hispanic guy at the front desk was not very experienced in business operations. We had already paid in advance and he still deducted the room fee from us. We found out and called the supervisor to cancel the transaction. It has not been credited yet. We will keep an eye on the progress. Ctrip's feedback was very timely.

This hotel is better than we expected. Big hotel room and front desk and s very accommodating. The breakfast is very good. And food is refilled very quickly. Staff is very courteous and polite . And a plus point they have self service guest laundry on the fifth floor. I hop in the future they install the soap dispenser inside. So I don’t have to go down to lobby to get the soap.

It is a self-service apartment-style hotel. The checkin time is only from 3 pm to 6 pm. If the time is over, remember to pay attention to the mailbox reserved. The front desk will tell you how to open the letter box to pick up the key. The style of the room is American retro, the kitchen is an electric stove, and the kitchen utensils are complete.

Moab town drives to Salt Lake City, navigation takes nearly 5 hours, the actual driving takes more than 6 hours, the middle of the road to rest, and there are mountain roads, rain, night, this is a very, very memorable long-distance driving! It was almost dawn, and I opened to the hotel. The front desk staff was estimated to be very depressed. How could someone come to stay without dawn, haha! The hotel environment is not bad, the room is large, breakfast is classic American food! Chain hotels also have advantages, that is, standardization!

Pros: Close to airport with free airport transport. Free breakfast (standard continental). Decent fitness centre and indoor pool. Staff were kind. Cons: I went while there was lots of constructions on first floor, it was quite loud and dirty. Was a Best Western status member but wasn't provided any of the typical perks at welcome etc.. Airport transport decided to drop my off at arrivals for some. Seems kind of lazy and was a confusing for me to find my way to departures at the SLC airport.

The service is very good and the airport pick-up is very convenient. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is clean and American style. The location is not far from the airport, so it is convenient to check in as soon as possible after getting off the plane.

The room was clean and tidy, and there was a little accident when I received 8 yuan for parking. The location is good, very close to Salt Lake City Airport and the city center, it is quite convenient to go anywhere.

Besides the room being a fire safety hazard, there was blood on my bedding, hair in my shower .it was gross . The front desk girls were awesome until it came to me telling them about the breeding they just told me to leave a review so here it is

I arrived at the airport at nearly 8pm on September 25th and waited for nearly 2 hours according to the designated pick-up location A7 on the hotel's official website. During the waiting period, I contacted the hotel by phone but could not get a definite answer. Finally, I got the pick-up location with the help of Salt Lake City Airport personnel. Has been changed to 3B. The hotel is requested to change the connection location on the official website as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble to other passengers. Excluding the issue of incorrect information on the official website, the hotel room is very comfortable and clean. There is a microwave in the room, which is convenient for heating food. The service staff at breakfast are very polite, especially a male waiter who is very polite and the service is great! Check-in on September 25, 2024

The room facilities are quite old and the hotel itself has no facilities. But the counter and the pick-up staff are very good and very polite. If you want to go to the city, you can go to the airport and then go to the 1A pillar to buy a ticket and then go to the light rail to take the green line.
