3-Star Hotels in Santa Monica

We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Monica Pier Apartments. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the pier and beach, and there were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which was really convenient. We were expecting a beach view, but our apartment was at the front of the building and looked out towards the road instead. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the apartment itself was very bright and airy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, bathroom, little laundry and comfortable bed. There isn’t a lounge area, but as we were only staying for a couple of nights, that was fine. We also really enjoyed having the balcony. The white curtains looked lovely and let in plenty of natural light during the day. The only downside was that they didn’t block out the streetlight at night, so the apartment was quite bright while sleeping. Some blockout curtains or blinds would make a big difference. The hosts were great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money, and we would happily stay again.

The only hotel in the pit for self-driving tour, although the location is really good, very close to the sea, about 10 minutes walk to the Third Street, the hotel itself is really very general, the feeling of the car hotel, the sound insulation at night is also very poor. But considering that after all, in the scenic spot, plus the scenery is OK, barely give a 3 star, the price is not high.

It is suitable for children, very close to the pedestrian street, close to the sea, parking lot, and car rental service. However, there is no free shuttle at the airport, and there is no charge. This is obviously inconsistent with the hotel introduction. When I started booking the hotel, I chose to shuttle, because of this problem, some plans were disrupted.
