The room is clean and comfortable, the facilities are relatively new, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, the location is very good to find.
The front desk service is very good, there is a small bar and buffet breakfast, very appetizing.

SnowMonkeyConveniently located in a part of Visalia that has quick access to the freeway, gas and food options. Around 1.5 hours to Sequoia or Kings Canyon national park. They have a small indoor pool on site too. Breakfast was ok (nothing to shout about).

It was a very nice experience. Staff was very friendly. The woman at front desk had a great smile and attitude, very accommodating. The room & bathroom looked nice and clean. To my surprise they have some nice shower gel and shampoo. I brought my own but it’s nice to know you will have backup :) the breakfast was good too. I will be coming back a lot. Thanks for creating a lovely environment.

As an inn in an American town, I didn't expect much, compared several chain hotels around, and finally chose it.
The location is not far from sequino park, the transportation is convenient, the hotel is at the end of the road, far from the main road, very quiet.
Hygienic: very clean and tidy, the bed and bathroom are fine.
Service: The front desk brother is good, providing useful information and service to ihg members.
Facilities: There is a gym and general equipment is available. However, the air conditioning in the house is noisy, and the breakfast is normal American standards, which cannot be compared with domestic ones.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean! ! ! It can be said to be spotless. Every corner of the bathroom is clean, as is the carpet.
Facilities: bath towels, hand towels, hair dryers, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines, and TVs! Especially the microwave oven, I really like it ~ except that there are no disposable items. This is the same in American hotels. For the sake of environmental protection, you need to prepare your own (slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste). There is an ice machine in the corridor and hot water in the lobby. Plant tea bags
Service: The service guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic. We were going to visit Sequoia and we asked him a lot of information.
Environment: The room I live in faces the road. The traffic is a bit noisy at night, but there are not many cars and people here don't use loudspeakers, so I think it's okay.
Breakfast: For this price, it’s pretty good. Bread, milk, yogurt, oats, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, waffles, and fruit.

Guest UserIt’s very comfortable to live in. It’s close to national parks and everything. It’s very convenient to play and there are plenty of food around.
It is recommended to play this kind of hotel, no airbnb. The place I stayed on the first day looked fine online but it was small and broken and there were many bugs. I really recommend the hotel

Very good, it is very good in this price range! (only for comparison with the same price) Please note that the bathroom has poor sound insulation. I took a shower upstairs for an hour at 3 am, and the noise from the bathroom was like thunder... If you stay, be sure to request the top floor for convenience in case of an emergency

Location is amazing, super secluded and away from everything. The stars at night are incredible. Staff were lovely and it has a homely vibe.
