Every room in the house is enhanced by luxurious fixings like: cherry bedroom furnishings, sheepskin rugs, TempurPedic mattresses, natural fiber throws, leather furnishings, down blankets and pillows, etc. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a gas range, huge pantry decked out with many helpful appliances, generous one-of-a-kind granite counters, an array of spices. The delectables you create can be eaten on the patio table that seats up to 8, in the dining room on the table that can seat up to 10, or in the cozy octagonal breakfast nook. Just .5 miles off of RT 100, 22 min to Sugarbush, 20 min to Mad River Glen, and 39 min to Stowe Mtn Resort. 13 min to Waitsfield or Waterbury, 23 min to Montpelier, and 43 min to Burlington.The space:Inside our fully log cabin you will find a first floor bedroom with 1 queen bed and a small workspace with a desk, a loft with 2 twin beds accessible via ladder, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils, a small dining area that seats 4, and a living area with a loveseat sofa, bench and a Roku TV with guest mode where you can easily and temporarily sign-in to all of your personal streaming services. If you have a small child we do have a pack and play available in the laundry room at all times. We also have a ladder guard available to prevent climbing of the loft ladder and can set it up prior to your arrival with notice (it is always available in the utility room). There is also a spacious front porch that spans the front of the cabin, facing into the clearing and featuring tables and seating.A large fire pit area is carved into the side of the hill in front of the cabin with a 4ft diameter fire pit and rustic log seating. Cut firewood, kindling, paper and a lighter are complimentary and are available in a basket on the front porch.A gas barbecue grill is available for guests outside. Gas and BBQ tools are included.Heat and AC are provided through 2 mini split pumps - one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom.
