I stayed here to visit the Houston Space Center. I was confused when I arrived and was told that my reservation had been canceled, but I was relieved when Trip.com told me that they would compensate me. When I found out there was a problem with my plane ticket, I was able to get help from a man in the clerk's office. On the other hand, it doesn't always seem like there are staff there, so you may be a little worried about the attentive service and sense of security.
