The apartment is in a detached garage on our property and it shares a driveway with the main house. The barn itself is 3 levels in total and the apartment is on the top floor. There is one set of stairs to navigate to enjoy the apartment (approximately 15 stairs). It is a large, studio apartment with a living area and dining area, small kitchenette, bathroom with standing shower, and furthest area has a built-in twin bed and built-in double bed, along with a large dresser and desk. The apartment does not have a separate bedroom, it's all one open space.
