AAnnabel P.A beautiful hotel away from the main road. Unfortunately when I stayed they still had parts of the hotel under construction like the pool area and drive way and the family accommodation next to the drive way. There is also a few other houses/hotels under construction in the area at the moment so it’s not so quite during working hours.
The family was very helpful and kind. I took a free bike to Trang An which was an easy 20 min ride (stopped for some pics along the way). I also ordered a late meal which they were happy to fix for me.
Right by a small lake and surrounded by mountains it’s very picturesque. Large rooms and comfy beds. I would definitely recommend.

EEkarin P.I had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place is clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities are fully provided. The house has a total of four rooms and four bathrooms, which is very convenient.
The upstairs room is accessed via a staircase, but the steps are quite narrow. You need to be extra careful when going down—one of my friends actually slipped and fell, so caution is highly recommended.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. It’s also conveniently located, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The surrounding atmosphere is lovely, clean, and visually appealing. From the accommodation, you can start your hike up Mua Cave as early as 6 AM.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with great surroundings and good value for money.

OOleksandra KurakinaThis place is absolutely wonderful with amazing hosts who welcomed us so warmly. The room was perfect – very clean, cozy, tidy, with a beautiful view and a balcony. If it were possible to give more than five stars, we definitely would!
Breakfast was included, and they kindly asked us in advance what we would like. There were several options to choose from, everything was delicious and felt homemade. A special thanks to the host for all the help – he recommended where to rent a scooter, pointed us to great local restaurants, and even gave us a map with all the main attractions to visit.
Thank you so much! You are the best! We 100% recommend this place to everyone traveling here.

MMadieAbsolutely stunning area and hotel, staff were amazing and helpful, hire scooters for 140.000 baht for the day and enjoy the stunning area. Was my sister in laws birthday and we asked one of the staff if she knew somewhere we Could get a cake she said hold on one minute and called somebody and they delivered a cake for 250,000 baht for that night and kept the secret for us. It was a huge cake. We are expecting something small and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff also organised a taxi for us so we could get to our next accommodation. 100% recommend. And Thank you so much to all the amazing staff!! We had a blast!

SSalananamLovely little rooms in a quiet location but very close to the main stretch in Tam Coc. Some occasional noise from roosters but nothing to bad. Generally clean room, could do with a dusting up high but nothing drastic. No hot water but good pressure and drainage in the shower. The owner made us pancakes with fruit and syrups for breakfast which was pleasant but nothing to write home about. He is very friendly but expect to have to use Google translate if you don’t speak the language, even for somewhat basic interactions. He was more than happy to accommodate us checking in at 4am when we rang ahead (I think the person on the phone is different to who we had on site as they spoke good English).
Overall not amazing and not terrible, a good, safe and quiet place to stay that close but away from the noise of the main road - particularly good for those travelling on a budget.

GGuest UserThe lady at reception was sooooo lovely!!! She has the best customer service I've ever received. We were welcomed and bought drinks and fruit. The room was new and clean, amazing view of the mountain beside the hotel as you shower with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was perfect and amazing. We are definitely going to come back to stay here someday and hopefully be greeted by the lovely host again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

MMixPlorerI didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.

JJamie-Lee WilliamsA wonderful resort amongst the beauty and nature of Ninh Binh and offered some peace and quiet after coming from busy cities.
The room was wonderful and had everything I needed. I love that I had a private pool but unfortunately not warm enough to use.
I did try to have a bath but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up so something to keep in mind.
I did have some furry little friends visit during the night and sometimes when I was in my room but they were harmless, to be expected when in nature and they enjoyed the complimentary fruit.
Kin and all staff were so kind, lovely and helpful and made my stay one to remember.
