4-Star Hotels in Warrnambool

Very quiet in a small city, the hotel is very complete, there is a restaurant and bar supermarket, within 10 minutes walk. There is a microwave oven in the room, and the supermarket can buy some semi-finished products and come back to dinner.

The room was very large and spacious, with a fully equipped living room and kitchen, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even cups and plates. There was also a small courtyard in the lobby, exceeding our expectations. We arrived in Warrnambool quite late, and the hotel reception had already closed. We hadn't received a self-check-in email, so we called Ctrip customer service and the security guard posted at the entrance. While looking for the key box, we met a very friendly and patient lady who helped us find the key – we were so lucky!

The apartment is on the side of the road and the signboard is very eye-catching. We arrived at work and left early in the morning. The whole process was called by phone. The staff called back very quickly, the attitude was very good, and it went smoothly. It is this room is too small, the kitchen, living room and dining room are on a direct Internet, and it is narrow and long, and it is difficult to walk after the suitcase is opened. The kitchen is less than two square meters, and there is a refrigerator. Basically, it can be used for boiling water. The bathroom is quite large, but it is in the middle of the two rooms. The doors can be opened on both sides. It is inconvenient for two families to live.

It was very quiet, and you could sleep perfectly! No noise, just nature pure. Unfortunately, we had no WiFi as specified in the description. But since we stayed only one night, it wasn't bad for us.  We found the friendly greeting by the dog, which brought us with much pleasure from the parking to the building.  For travelers on the Great Ocean Route who do not want to stay directly in the hotspots or enjoy the nature on the journey just perfect! When I'm back in the area, my first choice!

Check-in and -out without any hassle. The location is convenient for driving in, but there is also a bit of noise because of the close proximity to the road. Rooms are clean but feel a bit like a cave, only having a window into the carpark and the other one is in the bathroom, so not providing much light to the room itself. Really convenient and clean stopover stay, but not special.

Had a girls night with my 10 year old daughter, in the King Spa suite. Excellent facilities, and an extremely comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay. Great customer service on booking in and out. 10/10
