Zzj32776660The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. It's incredibly rare to find a hotel, even newly opened ones, in Hainan where neither the rooms nor the hallways have any strange odors, which is a huge relief for someone with a sensitive nose like me. Furthermore, the hotel's attention to detail is excellent, making guests feel very comfortable. There are relaxation areas everywhere, and even at breakfast, the auntie cooking noodles uses a tray under the bowl – it's clear the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. My only regret this time was not being able to get a room upgrade due to the New Year's Day holiday rush. I hope to have the chance to experience other room types in the future.

Facilities: I absolutely love the public laundry room at the hotel. It's incredibly convenient; I don't have to lug around a big bag of dirty clothes anymore. Plus, you can even leave a note for staff to pick up your laundry once it's done, so you don't have to worry about it while you're out exploring.
Cleanliness: It's clean, tidy, and completely odor-free.
Environment: The surroundings are very convenient. The popular internet-famous 'Tugou Coffee' is just a 300-meter walk away, and attractions like the Old Street are no more than 3 kilometers distant.
Service: The service is warm and attentive, and all the staff are very friendly. Deliveries are super fast, and they even gave me a small New Year's gift!

GGuest UserThis hotel was one of the most comfortable stays I've had on my business trips to Haikou. First, it's only a 30-minute drive from Meilan Airport. The breakfast selection is rich, delicious, and nutritious. What's most worth mentioning is that the hotel staff can make excellent coffee ☕️, and if you're tired, the rooms even come with a massage chair 💺! Definitely worth recommending.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, right by a park. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find mineral water in the mini-bar. It was a shame I couldn't get a duty-free shop voucher, as they said it wasn't available yet since it was the beginning of the year. On the bright side, we got complimentary breakfast for extending our stay.

The room is generally clean until we found a cockroach in the final 2 days. The service was excellent, all the staff we met were super friendly and professional. Would recommend.

AAinilaojimingtianjianThe location is great, very close to Riyue Plaza Duty-Free Shop and the provincial government. The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free, and it was very spacious. The hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the facilities were new and complete. The room was soundproof, so I slept really well. The service was also excellent, I highly recommend it!
The special shuttle service to Riyue Duty-Free Shop was a lifesaver – it saved me a taxi fare!
My friend fell ill at night, and the hotel even provided a thermometer and delivered water. The service was truly wonderful!

The soundproofing in the room is great, it's very quiet, and the bedding is quite comfortable, so I slept really well. The room is spacious, and the facilities are good too.
The room decor is quite unique, and the common areas even have some introductions and exhibits about Nanyang history. The front desk also provides free snacks and drinks.
The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for visiting Qilou Old Street.
For parking, both the first and second car parks are free. However, the first car park is more convenient as it's located underground, directly connected to the hotel's front desk by elevator.

LLvchaaibaijiaThe hotel appears to be quite old. There were black mold spots in various nooks and crannies of the bathroom, and the toilet bowl in our room even had urine stains on the inside. A few hours after we checked in, a staff member called to offer complimentary fruit and asked if everything was satisfactory. I mentioned the issues with the bathroom. They sent a housekeeper who, after trying to clean it, apologized and said the stains couldn't be removed, offering us a room change. However, we had already unpacked, and after seeing the alternative room, we decided it wasn't worth the hassle of moving again.
The hotel pool was decent, and our child really enjoyed swimming in it. The highlight of the breakfast was the self-service noodle station. Overall, for this price, one can't be too picky.
