Facilities: No bathrobes provided. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; you could hear every car passing by outside, which was a huge drawback. I had to rely on earplugs to sleep. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable either.
Service: Excellent, very polite and courteous.
Breakfast: I didn't eat it, but I took a look and it seemed decent enough, though I wouldn't pay extra for it.

Guest UserOverall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The staff were warm and friendly, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and they were efficient and helpful. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent, with a rich variety of dishes—it truly stands out in Qingyuan! It made both travel and accommodation completely hassle-free. The value for money is great, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing overall! Style, taste, and service were all top-notch! Excellent value for money!
1. We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful!
2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming!
3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive!
4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service!
5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value…
6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play.
7. They have collaborations with local cultural and creative brands, and intangible heritage experiences, offering many discounts…
Highly recommend, I'd definitely go back again!!!

Guest UserThe location is quite convenient, close to all the popular attractions. Driving there was smooth overall. The parking lot is opposite the hotel, and while there aren't many spaces, it's cheaper to charge your car nearby. If you're driving to visit the attractions, be aware that one section of the road is under renovation and is very narrow, requiring constant yielding to oncoming traffic, which made for a slightly tense drive. Riding an electric scooter would actually be more flexible, but it was too hot, so driving with the air conditioning on was more comfortable. The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were very enthusiastic. There's a hot spring and a swimming pool, so it's convenient whether you want to soak or swim. We were upgraded to a mountain view room, and the view of the mountains from the window was nice. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Guest UserI booked two Tianxi rooms for two families, 4 adults and 4 children, and we had a fantastic time. The butler was excellent, specifically arranging for us to be in the same courtyard. All the butlers and staff were very friendly, and the service was attentive and timely, making us feel very cared for. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the stream trekking, and it was great for adults too. I highly recommend bringing your own suitable water shoes or buying special trekking shoes at the hotel for safety and comfort. The farm is huge and very well-maintained. All the kids said they want to come back again.

Guest UserStayed at this hotel for our first night during our three-day, two-night trip to Qingyuan. It was mainly for convenience as it's close to local attractions like Nanan Park and Baimiao Fishing Village. The room was great, and it's also very close to many eateries. Parking is easy if you're driving, and it's convenient to take a taxi to nearby restaurants for good food. If you're traveling with kids, they'll love the large bathtub – my child had a blast! They even provide disposable bathtub liners, so playing in the water felt very safe. You won't get bored staying at the hotel; you can spend a long time just soaking and playing in the tub. Breakfast is served in the morning, and while it's a simple spread, it's more than enough. Eggs, steamed buns, congee, fried dough sticks, and soy milk – a perfectly nutritious meal. Plus, the breakfast items are kept continuously warm, which I found to be a very thoughtful touch. The hotel staff are also young, enthusiastic, and full of energy. All in all, it was definitely worth it.

Guest UserFirst hotel experience in China. Room spacious, bed large and comfortable, shower and bathroom really clean and well appointed. Plenty of bottled water and little extras that you don't often find anymore (vanity kit, tissues, hairdryer, comb etc.) Breakfast buffet had something for every taste. The hotel caters primarily for Chinese business and tourist guests but staff were very friendly and happy to help using translation apps.
Short drive to station, great for evening walks along the river park. Used as a base for exploring gorges and waterfalls.
Booked last minute and it was a fabulous value for money.

Heads up: the hotel's parking entrance is a bit tricky to find. It's located around the corner, right by the Sheraton hotel's entrance, so make sure to keep a close eye on your navigation. We were assigned a room on the 26th floor, and the view upon opening the door was incredibly open and expansive. For just 300 RMB, getting a two-bedroom, one-living room suite offers fantastic value for money. Plus, it's super convenient, with Taihe Cave just a 300-meter walk away.

Guest UserMy friends & I stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights and had the most special time. The day we arrived was cloudy, which didn’t matter at all because it actually made the misty mountain view even more enchanting. The staff welcomed us at our car with umbrellas because it was lightly raining- and they really made the whole stay even more special because of their inviting presence and friendly attitude.
We were amazed by the rooms- the design was so elegant with very unique features and it all felt so clean. We had dinner the first night which was really tasty and they had lots of options for all diets- because I myself was vegan and they had many delicious options. There was a pool that had incredible views and fresh mountain spring water so we went for swim then went to the room for a dip in the hot springs tub.
The next day was sunny and we went on a little adventure to a nearby outdoor activity center about 30 minutes driving away. They offered many activities, we did kayaking which was great. It was nice to explore the local area and it didn’t feel far because the views when driving through the mountains are so picturesque and there are several towns you can visit for any grocery needs, coffee or drinks to pick up.
We were happy to go back to the guesthouse for dinner and a beautiful sunset in the mountains. We enjoyed our last night playing games by the fire pit
All of us said we would rate this place 5 stars, it was a perfect stay. The air is clear, the atmosphere is tranquil and makes you feel so peaceful and calm. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a weekend trip to get out of the city because it’s only a few hours from Guangzhou! I will definitely go back in the future!
