MM6014****We arrived quite late, but the reception was very welcoming. In the evening, they even brought us fruit and mung bean soup.
The courtyard is really well-designed and beautiful.
It's located at the end of the town, which makes it very quiet.
The view is great, with the courtyard facing a mountain.
The breakfast was freshly cooked and very thoughtfully prepared, though a bit on the salty side.
Before we left, they gave us a lot of water and also updated us on the road conditions for Duku Highway.

GGuest UserThe first stop of our honeymoon in Xinjiang, we stayed in a hotel that was 100% satisfactory. We arrived at midnight, and the boss and his staff were waiting for us at the front desk. They took the initiative to help us with our luggage, upgraded our room to a room with a view of the grassland, and turned on the air conditioner in advance. The room supplies were carefully prepared and clean. The breakfast was inquired about the taste, the food was exquisite, the coffee was delicious, and you could see cattle and horses walking outside the window in the restaurant, surrounded by forests and grasslands. It is rare to stay in a homestay in China, and such hardware and services really make people feel at home.

DDalianI am very lucky to live in this hotel. Thanks to the two front desk staff for their attentive and considerate service. Their beautiful smiles touched the guests. The hotel really implemented the small words on the front desk. The world is big, welcome home! The breakfast place was too sunny, so the elder sister took the initiative to help change the place. The security uncle's bright smile when he met was particularly warm. The only shortcoming may be that it has just opened, and the cooperation is still a little bit short.
The facilities are impeccable, the hardware is full, and the guest supplies are in place. The hotel focuses on perfection.

Dissatisfied: one of the two rooms has broken electric curtains and cannot be pulled manually. It’s so cold at night, the air conditioner in the room can turn on the air conditioner
At one o'clock in the middle of the night, the whole building was out of power for more than an hour. There was an emergency light on and there was no hot water to take a bath. I was able to wait. I checked out the next day and there was no sorry and explanation. 🙂↔️ I asked ”Check out?”
Understand that no one wants to happen, but there is no explanation and apology for the residents during and after the power outage

GGuest UserThe above ratings are for the guest rooms, and we booked a parent-child family suite. The room was very spacious. I basically booked all the hotels in Huazhuhui for this 11-day trip, except this one and the one in Turks. Mineral water is available there for free. Overall the service is okay.
What I want to talk about next is the most dissatisfactory part. Since the breakfast was temporarily outsourced, it was not reflected in the score. If I were to rate breakfast, it would definitely be 0 points. I hope the hotel will open its own restaurant soon. Otherwise, this breakfast is too boring, it would be better to just mark it as no breakfast.
The tableware is disposable, and only one pack of paper towels is placed on each table. Children who meet kindergarten for the first time also need meal tickets. It is obvious that the hotel is only one place, there is no service at all, and there is no spoon🥄. Just ask at disinfect. Our meal time was after eight o'clock. There was a row of porridge with not many rice grains. There were no side dishes to go with the porridge. The noodles were as shown in the picture. Only three or four eggs were placed in the basin. The corn was not taken out. The initiative was to give it according to the number of people. For a short while, you feel like you are just here to beg for food. You have never had such a breakfast in your whole life. Save costs to the extreme, if you can eat 5 yuan per person, you are considered cruel.
I reported this situation to my boss and it seems that many people have reported this problem. I hope you can build your own restaurant soon. Of course, I have observed that it is common for restaurants like this to be outsourced. If customers need breakfast, it is best to call in advance to confirm.
