I am incredibly particular about room hygiene, but this property managed to exceed every single expectation. The room was immaculately clean, completely dust-free, and smelled wonderfully fresh from the second I walked through the door. The attention to detail was obvious in every corner, from the sparkling bathroom to the pristine floors. Beyond the cleanliness, the room was a masterclass in comfort. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, featuring an ultra-plush mattress, high-quality crisp linens, and pillows that provided the perfect amount of support. Coupled with quiet, efficient climate control and excellent soundproofing, it provided a truly restful sanctuary. What elevates this hotel from great to extraordinary, however, is its incredible team. The staff here understand the true definition of hospitality, greeting every single interaction with a genuine smile and unmatched warmth. Throughout my stay, the entire team was professional, efficient, and eager to help. They did not just fulfill standard requests; they anticipated my needs and went completely above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and comfortable. I chose Hotel M after comparing many hotels for Chen Chusheng's concert in Zhengzhou, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's location is excellent; you can take Metro Line 5 directly from Zhengzhou East Station. Across the street is the Tan Shili shopping center, and there's also a Hema Fresh supermarket, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is decorated very uniquely and is great for photos. The room was clean and tidy with good natural light, and the bed was comfortable. They even provided noise-canceling earplugs for guests, but I found it very quiet at night and didn't need them. The hotel staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. When checking in at the front desk, I was surprised to receive a welcome gift package filled with four kinds of fruit and yogurt – completely unexpected! Also, the hotel's breakfast buffet was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Next time I'm in Zhengzhou, I'll definitely stay at Hotel M again.

The room was clean and comfortable, I felt relaxed as soon as I checked in after a long journey! The breakfast was rich and the late-night congee was also great. The auntie who cooked the noodles was very enthusiastic, and both the noodles and wontons were delicious. Another bowl of congee with salted duck egg, super satisfying! They even had tofu pudding for breakfast with many toppings to choose from, and the fruit was fresh. Overall, I was very pleased! The front desk lady was also very helpful, she helped me choose a room with a view and refilled my tea bags when I ran out, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

This is a very nice stay in this hotel. The service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk manager has been incredibly helpful. I like the breakfast due to plenty of choices. Afternoon tea and night snack are good too. Will stay again next time. We had an amazing stay here!! From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, especially the front desk manager! We arrived a bit early before checkin but the manager was very understanding and promptly arranged for our rooms and even sent some fruits and snacks to our room via a robot! The room itself is very spacious, comfortable, and is equipped with many cool features. We were even raving about how nice the bedding and bathrobes were! We were also really impressed by the selection of the breakfast buffet! All the stuff we tried were really good. We also tried the afternoon tea and late night snack, which offered a narrower selection from the breakfast buffet. Overall, very impressed by everything!! Def recommend if you are coming to Gongyi and are looking for a place stay!

The service is superb. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The visitor center staff helped me solve a problem with didi driver who didn't happy because I cancel the trip (I can't accept call because I use foreign card. But I sent him many messages and he didn't reply any of my messages and also the car didn't move, which made me cancel the trip). Now about the room and the theme park. The room is exactly like I chose from the picture, very chinese ancient style, with courtyard and wooden back door (like you see in cdramas). It feels like you really stay in ancient time. The theme park program were fun. The big theater show was really cool with many acrobatic moves. And the small theaters like Drama Along the Way and Hundreds Ghost were very exciting. The NPCs have many interaction with visitors, which make it more exciting. I was lucky because the day I play in the theme park the weather was good. The following day was raining all day and many performances unfortunately were cancelled.

We stayed at the Chanwu hotel during our stay in Dengfeng. The hotel is ideally located, very clean, the staff is very friendly and ready to help for any request, our room was ok (516) with enough space for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), the breakfast is good however it can be difficult to find suitable food for young children (the large majority of the food is rather Chinese cuisine)

## Facilities Generally very good. The only minor point is that the hotel uses central air conditioning, which often doesn't cool the room as much as individual units, typically maintaining around 22°C, and can sometimes feel a bit stuffy. However, the hotel's maintenance staff responded quickly, and after they cleared it, the room did feel noticeably cooler. ## Hygiene The room was immaculately clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. ## Environment The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right at the subway entrance, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. ## Service The service was truly excellent. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the front desk. A special mention goes to the complimentary drop-off service to Zhengzhou East High-Speed Rail Station on our last day, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. My only very minor suggestion would be to improve the consistency or quality control of the welcome fruit. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou.

The room was very spacious, and we got a free upgrade. They even provided complimentary welcome fruit! The hot water was excellent, and having two bathrooms on separate floors, both with wash basins, was super convenient. Breakfast was abundant, and the location is great for transport. It's also really handy for visiting the zoo.

Upon entering, I noticed it was the first Holiday Inn in the Greater China region. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but everything you need is there. You can even use the pool at the Crowne Plaza next door, and there's a laundry room and a self-service breakfast. It's really great value for money for a trip. The staff, especially Junmin, Xiao Qin, and Qingdong, were all incredibly warm and attentive. I felt very safe, making it perfect for solo travelers.
