The front desk lady was very gentle, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel's overall ambiance is great, and the Song Dynasty style is very comfortable. Although it's not super large, it's very refined – like a sparrow, small but complete. All the facilities and items are well-equipped. The screen casting was quite fun, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful night view of the street. The robot delivery for food orders was super convenient, something I haven't seen in other places, which was pretty cool. The cleaning staff were also very responsible and didn't move any of my belongings. The voice-activated 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' was incredibly useful; I could turn off the lights and close the curtains just by calling out from bed. No more fumbling for light switches in the middle of the night! There also seemed to be a sensor light near where the slippers were placed by the bed, which automatically turned on, making it very convenient for getting up at night. There were several pillows to choose from, and you could also request others like buckwheat pillows. The bed was quite large, and the hot water for the shower came on very quickly. The recommended restaurants were all very good; I personally really liked Junyi Food Stall, which was very close by. The portion sizes were good and it suited my taste perfectly. Overall, my travel experience in Zhuhai was excellent. The recommended bike ride along Lovers' Road was very enjoyable. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet! They specifically arranged a non-smoking floor for me, and the room was quite clean. The bathroom even had a separate wet and dry area, which was great! The hairdryer was exceptionally good. I found it amusing that there was a weight scale though, lol. Is it a subtle hint because the breakfast is so good that I shouldn't overeat? Hahaha!

The hotel's location is great. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and if you keep walking along the beach, you'll quickly reach the Love Post Office. Continuing further along the coastline, you'll pretty much get to Zhuhai Fisher Girl within half an hour. The hotel room was quite good. The lighting was bright, and the toilet and curtains were all automatic. Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was fine. The breakfast buffet on the 12th floor was spacious, had plenty of seating, and offered a rich variety of dishes. Of course, my only minor regret was that the room I was assigned was in a secluded corner on the third floor. The floor-to-ceiling window looked out onto a wall, so there was no view at all. It's a shame, especially for a hotel right by the sea.

I'll give an objective review. For the price, I'm quite satisfied. I'd heard from friends that it was boring, but I personally didn't find it so. It's great for family trips, especially if both adults and children play together – that's when you really feel it's worth the money. I highly recommend trying all the slides. We arrived during a rainy spell. The hotel informed us that only the indoor ball pit was open in the park area. The water park also closes during thunderstorms. Other attractions would only be available after the rain stopped and puddles were cleared. They offered to extend the validity of our park tickets for up to three months. The hotel also provided a canvas tote bag. Since it was a trip, we still went in to try our luck. Once inside, we realized it was practically closed – zero staff, barely any other visitors. On the first day, we only managed to play in the indoor ball pit and ride the pedal carts. In the afternoon, the rain stopped, and we headed straight for the water park (which I highly recommend; it's best enjoyed as a family. Note: lockers only support Apple Pay; Android users need to pay cash, but staff can help with change. Small lockers are 20, large are 30). There are also many other complementary games within the park. The staff at check-in gave a very detailed explanation of everything. However, you need to time things carefully, and the attractions are spread out, so definitely consult the map. On the second day, the weather was surprisingly good. We played in the maze and the Maya Adventure Park, which definitely gives you a workout. Regarding accommodation, I stayed in the Xianyeju. There were no mosquitoes, and the hotel even provided mosquito repellent at check-in. When checking out, the front desk also gave a departure gift, which made the kids very happy. At this price point, I still highly recommend it.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. It's close to where I needed to be but quite far from Zhuhai city center. It's not too far from the high-speed train station though. The place was pretty clean, and the price was acceptable. Breakfast was also included.

Our first day of vacation kicked off at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom! We took the kids to explore the wonderful underwater world. We strolled through the whale shark tunnel, admiring various marine creatures, watched the spectacular beluga show, and enjoyed the fun rides. In the evening, we waited for the grand finale fireworks display, which filled the sky with dazzling sparks. It was a relaxed and joyful day; the kids had a blast and learned about marine life through play. It was a warm, memorable, and thoroughly enjoyable holiday experience.

Enjoy very much the stay. Great hotel, clean and value for money. Our package includes breakfast as well as 6 hours spa, games & unlimited drinks and fruits at the spa centre opposite.

The room was clean and tidy, and the view outside the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. The biggest surprise was finding a flashlight in the bedside drawer – it came in super handy when the power suddenly went out at night! It was bright and portable, showing great attention to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends~

Once confirmed reservation, I contacted hotel for dining arrangement on 29th Jan. They said that they have ”upgrade” my room. However, the upgraded room is not what I want, so, I told them NOT to upgrade. Then they explained that there's A/C issue, trying to fix it now. 2nd Feb, they told me that my room is fixed and ready, no need to upgrade, I replied that was great! 20th Feb, the date that we check-in, I contacted hotel for the room, dinner and exact location. The hosted asked when we will arrive and I told him we will arrive 3:00pm that day. Eventually, we arrived at 4:30pm, the hosted told me that ”oh, so sorry, the ”previous guest” didn't check-out, I will upgrade you” ＜-- I was thinking ***, AGAIN? This hotel, only 2 types of room with hotel spring, they keep pushing me to stay at ANOTHER room. Finally, we met the ”prevous guest”, they said they booked for 3 nights, understand that the last night the same room not available, but they just don't care and act like ******* leave all belongings let the hotel no choice but stayed the same room for them. That means, hotel received ”previous guest” $$ and my $$ for the same room same night. Also, the hot spring was not working on the 2nd day almost the whole day. They said it was because we didn't turned off the hot spring ＜-- they didn't mention I can't enjoy hot spring from when to when?! Unfortunately, Trip.com will only ”listen” to user, but ”confirm” situation with hotel. They said I did stayed in their hotel anyway, I said that location is not a usual place that I can find another HOTEL easily, I have no choice at that moment because we have 4 children! The compensation this time was $986 but I paid $5000 for that room. To all others, I will tell you to re-consider to stay in this hotel or use Trip.com from now on!

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very relaxing. The entire staff, from reception to the golf starters, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The golf experience was top-notch. The caddies were excellent—knowledgeable, pleasant, and many are golf college graduates who provided great guidance, acting as semi-coaches. It truly elevated our game. A wonderful resort with outstanding service. We can't wait to return!
