We are disappointed we were staying in an handicapped room we could not use the bathroom at the same time under penalty of being soaked, at the price we paid more than 300€ this is unacceptable.
In addition, the room did not have an airlock and overlooked the corridor, which made it very noisy and our nights were very disturbed. I think I will no longer use your site to book because we have already stayed in this hotel 3 times through another site and this has never happened.
Sincerely
J.B.

This is an amazing location! Love the views and the cleanliness of the hotel, it’s very convenient too as it’s right above the restaurant, it’s has local mart and pharmacy just right beside!
Nevertheless the view are just amazing, I wish to stay more nights here.

Hotel location is not far from the sea, in the old street of the town, you can go shopping, you can see the sea and the castle without a few steps, the room has a large balcony, enjoy the sea breeze, sea birds will come to harass, really great. The service awareness of white people is either really average. When I checked out, I pushed two trolley boxes. The door was not inductive. I needed to push the door to go out. The hotel staff were watching coldly and would not help you block the door. It made me very embarrassed to go out.

不錯噠,離海邊步行8分鐘的樣子,空調一般般,還是有點熱,整體設施比較老,泳池特別特別小,嘟嘟性價比還可以噠

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

Hotel located near the Lloret football stadium, a little away from the agitation and near the streets offering shopping. Around 500m from the large beach. This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and also speaking French. The room was beautiful with its swimming pool that lights the night. The buffet was right. It was a little bad to note that drinks are paying and not included. The breakfast is continental type with coffee, confectionery, eggs, bacon, cheese, cereals, ect... It is all you want. Access to the indoor pool, Spa and sports facilities is paying. That is also bad. The final price is better to be determined with the options included than to have to walk with his bank card for drinks and facilities. I recommend this hotel for seniors but not for young people, for 30 years, for quarantine or for 50 years. To relax, be calm, this hotel will be ideal for you and especially there are no children and that, when you want to rest, it's great!

August 2022. In memory of Algria Santa Cristina (the full name of this hotel before the transfer of property) booked it again. So the differences: the concept changed towards youth holiday. In practical terms, it is an organization on the roof and a true floor instead of a fitness room and a sunbathing area for the bar. Accordingly, the back floor became much more noisy at evening time. The kitchen was a little simplified. There was a deposit (though, since the UnionPay card was not accepted, we did not pay it).
Other advantages: location, purity, service, convenience.

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
