The townhouse has new furniture, mattresses, granite countertops, and a cozy gas fireplace for a relaxing evening after a day of adventuring! There is a washer/dryer and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, including a crockpot, blender and coffee pot. There is no air conditioning but the summer temperatures on Beech are mild (average 75 degrees) and each bedroom has a fan. The townhouse is three stories with two bedrooms - one queen and 4 single bunks - and a bathroom on the first level. The queen bedroom has a balcony with a ski swing outside to relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen and family room are on the second floor, along with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountain.
