One full bath with shower and one half bath. Six theatre chairs with large flat screen tv. (17.5 ft long x 13.5 ft wide. )Bedroom nook (24 ft wide x 14.8 ft long) with one queen bed and twin bunk beds: 175 lb weight limit for each bunk bed). It is located on the side porch which is attached to the main house and off the pool deck but has its own private entrance, door code and complete privacy. ***If booked guests invite family/ friends to visit, there must be approval first by owners of property. Non-booked guests are to leave the property by 10:00 pm. There is a $25/person additional fee/ day (up to 3 people ) for use of the pool for non booked guests.
