Minnie HanBecause the child chose this one for the exam. The hotel is a small villa, very clean and the environment is very good. But the price is too expensive. I paid a room rate of around 2300 for one night before check-in. When I checked in, I repeatedly confirmed that there were no other fees, but I was told to pay $20 maintenance fee and $6 breakfast tip. So one night’s room rate. Over 2500, the most expensive hotel in my life when I traveled and stayed. It feels that Americans only recognize money and do not have the spirit of contract as they claim.

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference.

The hotel is perfect for a Citywalk; it's just a few minutes' walk to Harvard, with beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel restaurant served delicious dinners and excellent service. The room layout was a bit odd, the air conditioning was a little outdated, and the bedding was rather soft. Parking was very convenient right next to the hotel.

The room amenities are quite new, and the room itself has that standard Marriott style. The breakfast spread was also quite plentiful. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the landscaping is well-maintained. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, but they are rather small and seem more suited for children. I didn't really experience much in terms of service; I found the service level in the US to be somewhat lacking compared to what I'm accustomed to.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Newtown, 45 minutes drive from Boston Airport, on the edge of the Charles River.
Hotel room is large, clean and hygienic
Breakfast is rich, you can sit by the window, watch the scenery of the Charles River, and enjoy it slowly.
The only downside is that the nearest small supermarket nearby is about 1,000 meters away.

Guest UserAlthough the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

The hotel is an ordinary Hilton hotel with some shopping districts around it, which is not bad. But the attitude of the counter staff is average. I forgot a pair of shoes in the hotel, and I called to ask for it at night, but I couldn't reply. If you find it, call me and let me know. If you can't find it, you won't be notified. It's been a day and I haven't received a notification. 🥲🥲🥲
