4-Star Hotels in Tarrant County

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done. Of course later she called back stating it was a server error. I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

The hotel breakfast is very rich, there are many shopping spots around, the commercial street is very lively on weekends, the restaurant tastes, the service is very good, there is a cinema, the distance to walk, the only thing that is not satisfied is that the deposit refund of the hotel is so slow.

Power went out during stay at this hotel. It would have been nice to have been notified in some way of this rather than being surprised to enter into a dark hallway and having to carry out luggages and bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to have been comped for inconvenience. The room itself was nice and clean however.

The correspondence of the person in charge was all good. I was able to travel very comfortably. The fruit for breakfast was delicious. However, the sound of opening and closing the door of the person in the next room echoed very loudly and heard it in the room, so it woke up many times by the sound, and it became a short sleep during the stay period, and it was quite tight. The next person came out of the room at 4 am every day for some reason, and probably the other room person left the room at about ２, so it was woken up many times by the sound.

There is a shuttle bus near the airport, the environment is clean, and the facilities are typical of a large American inn. There is hot water, the sleep is OK, and the soundproofing is not particularly bad, just barely OK. Many American families on vacation stay here.

It's in the city center, so it's good to explore the city, but there are no parking spaces. It is newly opened, so it is very nice and clean. The restaurant is very upscale and a bit expensive. The sink in the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable

The hotel is very good. Very new. Very clean. Very comfortable. There is a parking lot. Breakfast costs money to buy. Toiletries are also very good, all branded. However, shopping around is a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast buffet was good. Room was basic for $300/night. Stayed in better for less.. Front desk women were really kind at check-in.

Nice location, right in the middle of the DFW metroplex, right opposite to Six Flags amusement park. Close to both DFW airport and dallas lovefield and frontiers of flight museum

The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have it that I had my Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (not sure which it said) hanging on the door when I went to the store. They entered anyway! I had money left out on the counter and other valuables that I didn’t have put in the safe bc I didn’t have time to throw it in there. They shouldn’t have entered if I put the sign on the door that said don’t smh
