GGuest UserThe room hygiene is poor, and it cannot be compared with the same level in China. Refer to some ordinary homestays in China. The environment is OK, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The waiter responded promptly, but when checking out, the room fee was double-calculated. The room fee had been charged on Ctrip, but the store charged it again. Because we spent a lot of money in the store, the bill was very long and it was mixed in and I almost didn't notice it. Later, the store didn't take the initiative to raise it, and we admitted to overcharging after we found out. This is very bad.

MMarcie AnneThis hotel is one of the favorite I have stayed at ever! The location is so peaceful and perfectly located bewteen all the busy attractions. Get a scooter or bike from the hotel and enjoy all the area has to offer. The pool is very calming and clean, the rooms are great (amazing bed, shower, AC) and the breakfast loaciton is so cool. Breakfast is fantastic, best pho we have had in a long time. Even though there are so many good parts about this place, the best part of this place is the STAFF. Alex and Haa and the others felt like family, we stayed 5 days and were sad to leave!
