5-Star Hotels in Nanchong

If outdated hardware is a drawback for an old hotel, then the thoughtful service of an established brand can perfectly compensate, becoming a soft power. Manager Jiang from the F&B department at Zhangfei Hotel truly provided me with service that exceeded expectations. Firstly, because there's no elevator to the second floor for ordering and my elderly parents have difficulty walking, she specifically arranged for us to dine conveniently at the ground floor cafe. Secondly, knowing my parents enjoy freshly ground soy milk, she specially prepared it on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise. Service, in essence, is both simple and challenging. Learning to reflect on various issues from the customer's perspective and diligently finding solutions is precisely what every service staff should strive for, starting with the small details. Fond memories of Langzhong, I will choose to stay at Jinyuan Zhangfei again next time.
