訂房時明確標註免費升級，但到了前台辦理時説不能升級，理由是我定的房型還有，如果沒有了才會給升級。我説免費升級意思是在我訂的房間基礎上給升級，不是沒有了才升級。然後前台喊了大堂經理過來後給辦了房間升級，但無服務可言。房間：設施挺好，但是水壓太小，洗手池的熱水也是時有時無，基本上是涼水洗了個頭。我以為整棟樓都是這樣，但4樓早餐廳的衞生間水就很大。早餐：無功無過，種類少，沒有咖啡機…其他方面，不是很智能，比如洗衣機烘乾機不能聯網查看進度…還需要再完善吧酒店位置不錯，停車方便
