AAnsenChenMy stay here was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! I was especially impressed by the bedding – the mattress was just right, not too soft, not too firm, and the sheets and duvet covers were skin-friendly, clean, and odorless. The pillows were fluffy and supportive, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep that completely erased all my travel fatigue. The hotel's service was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From check-in to any daily requests, all the staff were enthusiastic, patient, and responded promptly, showing great attention to detail. The room itself was clean and airy with excellent facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the location is superb; it’s close to attractions and super convenient for shopping and tax refunds. My overall experience was top-notch, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again!

Hhxm.trxvxlOur best stay in Spain. The staffs were all friendly. I only managed to catch a few people’s names like Anass, Raquel, Sebastian but everyone (front desk, concierge, housekeeping, breakfast staffs) in the hotel made us feel very welcome and comfortable. For example, Sebastian offered a pair of scissors without us even asking when he saw us repacking our luggage at the lobby. Everyday we went out and returned, everyone would greet us. We truly felt the warm welcome and friendliness of the Spanish through them. Very glad to book this hotel even though the hotel may be slightly more expensive than other hotels in Barcelona. Housekeeping seems to be done twice daily too (they will leave us chocolates on our bed every evening which is extremely sweet of them). Housekeeping team also sprayed fragrance on our little pillows which we brought with us on the trip (no other hotels have done so for us into past).
One more thing to add is that the showers in the hotel are full glass so it lacks privacy. We did not know this beforehand but only upon our check in. Anass and team assisted us the next day to stick privacy film to make us more comfortable.
A pity is that the Michelin starred restaurant located in the hotel is closed from Sunday to Tuesday, so we could not get to try it. The breakfast is the same every morning too but it was alright.
We would definitely return to the hotel if we are in Barcelona again. Gracias Team Ohla Barcelona! 100/100

SSudi 39This is an absolutely superb hotel, and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member helped with my luggage. The hotel's natural light and cleanliness are excellent. The room's layout truly impressed me; the dedicated luggage area was a thoughtful touch. It's the first time I've encountered a bathroom with two sinks, which perfectly solved the morning rush. The location is also fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. Downstairs, it's very convenient to reach shopping streets and souvenir shops. Finally, the breakfast was the biggest bonus – it easily beats many brunch spots and coffee shops. If only my budget allowed, I'd stay here every day!

The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting – truly recommendable. It's a pity that I accidentally left something behind when checking out, and although the hotel staff assisted in the search, it wasn't recovered. Despite this, I was deeply moved by the staff's patience, active communication, and proactive approach throughout the process. Their professionalism and sincerity demonstrated their care for guests, and their responsible spirit is truly admirable. Though the outcome was a bit disappointing, I genuinely felt their efforts. Thank you again for your thoughtful service. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and continue to recommend this warmth and reliability to my friends.

GGuest User3-4 nights in Barcelona city. The location of this hotel couldn't be better! It's within walking distance to everything. Very good. The hygiene is very good. The breakfast is very comfortable. The service attitude is also very good. 👍 We landed in the morning and the hotel happened to have vacancies, so we checked in early.

The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅

AAnonymous UserWhen I continued to make extension at the hotel at seven in the morning, the front desk said that there was no problem. As a result, at 12 noon, we were told that we needed to change rooms urgently, so we hastily put the trunk lid on, and the front desk told us that they would send all the details to the new room completely. I also specially told the front desk that maybe we missed some small items in the room. Because they gave us too much time, please help us check the missing items. They readily agreed.After returning home from the trip, we opened the luggage rack, and all the souvenirs I bought at Sagrada Familia Cathedral disappeared, which was really very sad.The service of the hotel makes people feel very confused, and every staff has no idea about the process.

HHuigunianghannaFirst time in Barcelona and I opted for this five-star hotel by the sea instead of a city-center one. The main draw was that it's newly opened, so all the facilities are brand new. The lobby is incredibly grand, luxurious, and well-designed. The hotel offers bike rentals, which is super convenient for getting to the beach. For other attractions, a taxi ride takes about 20 minutes, which is still quite convenient. Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, and you can pay by credit card.

Location: It is located right next to Casa Milà, and you can see the city at a glance from the rooftop. We were assigned a room on the first floor, so the view was of the adjacent building and wasn't great, but I think a higher floor would be nice.
Service: They were friendly. Since we checked in early, we planned to just leave our luggage and go sightseeing, but it was great that everything was ready right away.
We couldn't stay in Barcelona for very long, but it was a good hotel.

EErwin YuanThe W Hotel boasts the best location on Barcelona beach. I recommend booking a high-floor room if possible; the sunrise views in the morning are absolutely stunning. After checking in, I suggest heading straight to the beach. The hotel has its own small private beach area accessible from the basement level, and guests get complimentary use of sun loungers and towels. The outdoor pool on the ground floor is fantastic, with many European and American tourists enjoying the sun. My tip is to have breakfast early, as the number of sun loungers on either side of the pool is limited. On Sunday evenings, the hotel hosts a pool party, which is free for guests with a room card. Non-guests have to queue and pay an entrance fee, and the atmosphere at the pool party is really great.
