"We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. "Great Stay with Excellent Service and Dining The hotel offers a welcoming and polite staff, regular cleaning services, and quick responses to requests. The food is exceptional, featuring a mix of traditional and international cuisine, and the design blends modern and traditional styles beautifully. However, rooms need some renovation. Northern rooms are spacious with a great boulevard view but noisy due to traffic, while southern rooms are quieter but smaller, especially the bathrooms 🫣. Overall, a great experience, with the pros outweighing the cons. I would stay again!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet side street, there is nothing special nearby, but it is not far to the center. Beautiful lobby interior. The rooms are a bit old, but maintained. The beds are narrow, the mattresses and pillows are hard. Breakfast for 5 stars is poor but tasty. Omelettes and pancakes are fried, there are freshly squeezed juices and good machine coffee. A good view of the city and mountains from the window, if you take a higher floor or from the restaurant on the 12th floor."

"Advantages: Very cost-effective, compared to other hotels in the same price range, it is really not as good as West Mofu. The room was very tidy and although not very big, it was enough for 2 people. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, and there are really many varieties of food to choose from! Disadvantages: It's a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station!"

"The stay was wonderful The place the surrondings were really beuatiful enjoyed the stay alot  Stayed for nighy but it was perfect  Specially the receptionist who have helped us finding our trip.com booking reference and other things i forgot her name but she was so helpfull and she was really good it was around 1:30pm when we booked in so this review is specially for that reception and  Sorry i forgot ur name otherwise i would have absolutly mentioned it.
