Anonymous UserI had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting.
The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Guest UserRoom and furnishing was nice and amazing view from balcony. However, we didn't enjoy our stay largely due to our interrupted sleep.
The fan is the master bedroom was so noisy that it seems like there is ongoing renovation rom the unit above. The aircon in the master bedroom kept turning off intermittently during the night that we had to wake up to turn it back on.. Woke up like about 6-7 times just to turn it back on.
The hot water also ran out after filling the tub and none left for the overhead shower. For a place like genting and Malaysia, this shouldn't happen. Constant supply of hot water is a common amenities is most kl and Selangor household.

KeautiyoThis trip was a big family vacation, so we wanted to stay close to each other for convenience. At first, we thought it was a hotel group with multiple units on the same floor in this building. We originally assumed it was a serviced apartment. It turned out to be a 'bnb,' but that's our fault for not doing enough research. Unfortunately, it's a single company that has bought various types of rooms in different buildings (a total of 4). If it were just one family staying, it wouldn't be a big deal. But for over 10 of us, we had already told the 'bnb' that we hoped to be arranged nearby. Upon arrival, we were told that wasn't possible, and we were even split across two different buildings. When we arrived, we didn't know how to check-in, and the bnb hadn't contacted us. We went to the mall's information desk, and they told us to call the bnb. When we finally found the B&B, we had to take photos of our ID and send them, which initially made us wonder if we were being scammed. The whole check-in process was a bit complicated (and self-service 🤣). However, the building is new, and the room furnishings are relatively new and complete. Not all room types are the same; we booked a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom unit. One of them had a jacuzzi, which the kids were thrilled to see. But unfortunately, the promised jacuzzi was broken and had no hot water. In a cool place like Genting, playing in a jacuzzi with cold water was something we eventually gave up on 🫣😂 (Another night, they arranged another room for us, saying the jacuzzi was working, and it did have hot water, but by then, there was already a large tub of water, and it would take two or three hours to drain, so we gave up again 😅).
Location-wise, these B&Bs are a 20-minute walk from the Genting Hotel. (We're younger and walk faster). It's not really recommended for seniors to walk to Genting as it's a bit strenuous. (The return journey is manageable).
There was also a small incident: when we checked in, we were only then informed that our check-out day was the annual power inspection day, and there would be a power outage. There would be no electricity from 8 AM that morning. To avoid being in a room without power or in the elevators, we had to leave before 8 AM. Luckily, we could reach the lobby just before the lifts stopped working. (We asked the security guard, and the elevators would be down for about an hour or so).
Overall, the experience was average.
I'm not sure if there were multiple staff members communicating with us via WhatsApp; some had very good attitudes, but others were quite rude.

Anonymous UserWe stayed in this unit with a friend's family. The owner was super friendly and responded quickly to our inquiries.
The 3-bedroom unit was perfect for children to play together while parents enjoyed a relaxing drink.
The mall downstairs offered a great dining option, however, breakfast options are limited and can get crowded, so we recommend bringing your own.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The hotel is connected to Wintown, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view was open, it was often foggy and unclear.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

Fiona Lee 85The unit itself is quite good – spacious with a nice renovation, and the amenities are generally sufficient. The location is also convenient with many shoplots nearby, including restaurants and convenience stores.
However, the check-in arrangement could be much better. I had asked for the check-in details earlier but was informed they would only be provided at 3pm. Unfortunately, the instructions were only sent around 3.30pm, which meant we had to wait outside with our kids after arriving on time. The children were crying as they needed to use the toilet, so it was quite a stressful start to the stay.
The host later offered a 1-hour late check-out as compensation, which we appreciated. During the stay we also noticed several remote controls were not working, likely due to missing or drained batteries. Overall the unit is decent, but better communication and basic maintenance would improve the guest experience.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good.
There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window.
The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times.
It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call.
i will not book through this operator anymore

ZelzelxoHotel is further up so pros is nice views, cons is harder to get grab (if you don’t drive/rent vehicle). Convenient location as McDonald delivery also manage to deliver to hotel location. There is also food, Marts, laundry etc in 1 km. Saw some tourists walk down as well. Hotel has 2 toilet, small tv not able to play Netflix etc unless you have HDMI to connect your own devices. There is one bedroom without aircon as its door is sliding door (queen bed) so got to leave it open slightly to get the hallway aircon.
