Spacious room with a good breakfast. Very suitable for families. The hotel also provides parking and the staff will help arrange it for you. All the staff were very helpful.

Friendly staff, space room, clean bedding. The location is good but only for younger people who don’t mind walking up and down the hill which is quite long to climb. During winter, the slope can be slippery, too. Best breakfast ever, though most items do not get replenished so do go early. The junior suite rooms - all of them - are next to the road, and light pollution is very, very high, and there’s no blackout blinds. If you can’t sleep with some light in the room, avoid at least the junior suite.

Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good. A special thank you to the staff at the front desk – they responded to all requests instantly. I checked out early in the morning, and they provided a packed lunch. The only minor point is the slightly steep uphill walk after a long day out.
