Amazing experience great view lovely staff would recommend to anyone

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

Quiet and nice location

A relatively unique hotel with a view of Sarajevo city. It is said that the hotel is located in the Muslim area, next to a cemetery! There is a five-story visual glass platform in the middle of the hotel lobby! The breakfast tastes good, with a variety of Western buffets!

Very clean small hotel, rich breakfast, from the hotel to the old town to go down a big slope, about 500-600 meters, through a cemetery, but very safe, the road is also bright. We went back after dinner and saw 2 police patrol.

I really love this hotel. The guy at the front desk is very handsome and it is convenient to go to various places. Although the city itself is not big, I will stay here again if I have the chance to go to Sarajevo again.

The hotel is within walking distance of the old city centre. With a steep climb though. Friendly welcome in a fresh and neat hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and neat, but a bit dated in terms of furniture and colour. This made the room seem less fresh than in the photos on the website. The bathroom was clean, but the sealant edges in the shower cabin did not look fresh. The breakfast was good with a wide choice. And different options every day. Unfortunately no good fresh coffee. You have to order and pay for this separately! We were able to use the Finnish sauna by reservation. Wonderful without other guests! Parking was well arranged at the hotel, free of charge.

The room is very comfortable, with a wooden roof, and it feels like a child, very warm. The food is also delicious and the service staff are very friendly. If I come back next time, I will still choose this restaurant.

The location is OK, parking is available, our room is big, and the surrounding area is not noisy. It's just that there is a big slope to walk back to the hotel from the city, which is a bit tiring.

The room is very clean. Each house number is a special anniversary for the landlord. There are not too many rooms and everything is available. Don't be afraid of cemeteries. This small town is half fireworks and half cemeteries.

Really very average. Not worth the price. You can find better ones around. The room was oversold when we went there, and the four of us were crammed into one room. Although Ctrip refunded the money, it was very unprofessional.

Our room was good, the staff at the reception were helpful. Parking is available. If you are going to park within the boundaries of the hotel, you have to hand over the key. Otherwise, there is an empty space in front of the museum next to it and it is monitored by the hotel with a camera. It can be placed there depending on availability. Breakfast was satisfactory
