The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront.
They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy.
At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!

Das Hotel liegt nicht unbedingt verkehrsgünstig, jedoch ist man mit der Straßenbahn schnell im Zentrum. Das von mit gebuchte Studio hatte ca. 35 m² und bestand aus Schlafraum, Wohnraum und Bad. Zur Ausstattung gehörte neben zwei TV-Geräten, eine Klimaanlage, ein Minikühlschrank und eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Das kostenlose WLAN funktionierte immer gut. Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit gibt es keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Hinsichtlich der Gastronomie kann ich nur das Restaurant und das Frühstück bewerten. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren geschmackvoll. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Parksituation ist etwas kritisch, was kostenlose Parkplätze angeht. Für das Parkhaus werden für 24 Stunden 15 Euro fällig.

so würde ich dieses Hotel kurz beschreiben. Ich war positiv überrascht. Die Bilder die man im Internet findet, zeigen leider nicht wie toll dieses Hotel eigentlich ist. Ursprünglich waren wir für 2 Nächte dort, haben aber verlängert, weil wir es so toll dort fanden! Der Check-In bereitete schon viel Freude, da das Personal ausgezeichnet ist. Man bekam einen Stadtplan und alles was man brauchte. Das Zimmer ist großartig, wo Wünsche die man vorher angeben konnte sehr beachtet wurden. Sehr großer Schrank, tolles Bad und gemütliche Betten. Und für die Arbeitsmenschen einen rießen Schreibtisch. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von 4.00 bis 6.00 Uhr kann man sich ein kleines und kostenloses Frühstück reservieren lassen - was wirklich sehr gut schmeckte. Der Pool ist großartig und grad für die kleineren Gäste was ganz tolles. Und auch saunahungrige kommen nicht zu kurz, denn es gibt 2 echt tolle Saunas, die aber leider (je nach Tag) erst nach dem Mittag oder später betrieben werden. Und auch für die Kinder ist gesorgt, mit Spielecke und XBox. Das Hotel hat viele kleine Details, die einen glücklich machen und den Aufenthalt schöner gestalten. Egal wo man hinschaut, dass Hotel ist sehr sauber. Ich bin erst 17 und mich kann man schwer beintrucken..aber das Hotel hat es geschafft ;).

Nicht empfehlenswert
30 min Wartezeit beim Check in, Zimmer, vor allem Schrank alt und staubig. Duschvorhang, das ist kein 4* Standart. Undichte Fenster. Das Frühstück war auch sehr übersichtlich. Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis völlig überzogen

Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Residenz Hotel in Gera, sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen, Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Wer gerne läuft, der ist auch rasch auf dem Markt im centrum. Ich buche meistens größer, die Suiten sind grandios ☺️, die Studios auch nicht verkehrt!! 👍👍👍🤓

Toller Vorweihnachtsurlaub!
Ganz tolles Erlebnis. Die Preise waren außerhalb der Saison recht günstig, das Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer toll, das Frühstück nicht schlecht, die Bar war super ausgestattet und der Barkeeper war super!
