It was my first time staying at this hotel with my family, and we had booked a king-size room for two nights. but the counter gives us a full-size bed, a small size for two people staying, inside bedrooms small and dirty. The wash basin is clogged, and water can not flow out. They were kind enough to provide new bath towels, but they were not cleaned.

Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

The hotel is located a few kilometers away from the university. It is more convenient to go to the university. The service is quite satisfactory and the facilities are okay. I stayed in the hotel for a week and overall I felt good.

1st room filthy. 2nd room worse. Included mouse droppings, hair in sink and tub, dirty floors, dirty towels behind door and dust. Purchased disinfectant wipes and spray, also blankets. Treated differntly because of booking through *******, which was syated numerous times.

The hotel was quiet, and the reception staff was efficient. However, I was told breakfast was available until 10 am but when we arrived for breakfast, they had decided to close service at 9:30 am without any prior notice. We were directed to nearby options but of course they were not included in our hotel fee. As there were three of us, it was a hit to our budget.
