Hotel is clean and spacious. It is newly renovated i guess and the design was great. Only fallback is that we got a ground floor room which noises from the hotel lobby could be heard. Recommend that you book a higher level room. Else, everything is perfect.

The renovated hotel rooms were new and clean. The steak restaurant was not bad.

Terrible room service. No hot water for 2 days. However we enjoyed our 3 days in south lake tahoe.

I checked out after one day , pool was closed , rooms very old . Not clean . The front desk told me that I can check out and they will refund me the rest of staying days . After I left the hotel they rejected to approve the refund Don’t recommend it at all

The room is brand new and updated.

The check in at the front desk took 1 HOUR, we were part of a group and they gave our reservation and RATE to another party with the same last name. I took two clerks and a manager to correct the problem as we waited. No compensation was offered. The room was dingy and sparsely furnished, needed to be updated, the windows were dirty, the bathroom was extremely small, the tub looked like someone beat it with a chain. The bed sheets were like sandpaper. Even though we requested a late checkout housekeeping knocked on our door waking us at 8 am. Overpriced!

The information at the front desk is helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was better than expected.

Located in the most prosperous commercial district of Lake Tahoe, it is convenient to go anywhere. Because there is a private bathroom downstairs, the price is much cheaper than hotels with the same conditions without a private bathroom.

Very bad experience. I found that I booked the wrong date, please communicate to cancel, and the customer service said that I will communicate. Then the hotel didn't answer the phone for three days, and then directly counted me as a check-in. The customer service didn't tell me, and said to communicate actively, and then counted it directly as a check-in, with a loss of more than 5,000! Incomprehensible! If I knew that Ctrip's customer service was so irresponsible and the hotel was so difficult to communicate with, I would never go there again!

There are no charging plugs in the room, you can only find the jack from under the table. The air conditioner in the room is also broken and not cooling, and there are still unknown stains in the bathtub in the bathroom. And the room was not cleaned every day.

The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are aging

我們去太浩湖的行程定的這個酒店，到了酒店發現性價比極高，升級了湖景房，可以看日落，離纜車也很近，周邊也有步行可到的沙灘，酒店游泳池也很適合小朋友玩耍，很滿意！

酒店很不錯。雖然從外面看有點年代感，裏面還是挺乾淨整潔的。 一層有個**，遛了一圈，完全不懂，沒多做停留。還有一個小賣部兼咖啡吧，可以買點吃的喝的，坐一會。4點才能入住着實有點晚，想先辦理要加錢😰 酒店住宿分兩個樓，Sunset Tower可能是新裝修過的吧，但是低樓層對着停車場，不知道怎麼能避免。 兩個樓之間有個游泳池，不大，看着挺漂亮的。不過不知道為什麼沒有開放。 特別想看風景，跟前台溝通半天，很幸運的給了。雖然樓道里有些暗，房間也有點舊，但是看到窗外風景，一切都不重要了😇😄
