"Hotel was on top of a hill. It is clean and quiet at the lobby. The lift with glass doors and glass windows were impressive. Staff were friendly when we collect our keys. When we enter the room it has a few tissue or fluff on the carpet. On closer look maybe it is some polyester pillow filling. Looks like the carpet was not vacuum or cleaned properly."

"Very convenient, with a harbor view! Downtown is within walking distance, with many restaurants, but I recommend cooking yourself. You can find a Meny restaurant in about 7-8 minutes' walk; their seafood is pretty good, with various kinds of salmon, and their mussels are fresh! However, be careful with the facilities—I almost cut myself on a broken glass! 👄🙀"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, but the bus ride is uphill! Basically, everyone was exhausted, let alone dragging luggage! After finally finding it, I had no idea how to get in. They said they'd emailed me the day before, but all the instructions were in English, which I couldn't understand at all! After half an hour of this, I called Ctrip and finally got in! They gave me the password, but there was no elevator, so I had to climb four floors! I don't even know what to say! The hotel was also incredibly cold because they hadn't turned on the heating beforehand; it was freezing! The hot water in the shower was also insufficient; it was only lukewarm halfway through the shower! The kitchen had no oil, but there seemed to be salt, sugar, and pepper! The coffee machine was broken! It wasted a lot of my time using it! The dishwasher was also broken; it couldn't wash anything! Only the washing machine was working, and they provided one! Anyway, if you're carrying luggage, think twice before choosing this hotel!"
