"Very nice staff, nice room, if a bit crusty around the edges. Great shower, TV was troublesome but staff fixed me up. Breakfast was skimpy but sufficient. I had an Apple, a yogurt, apple juice, and coffee.
Having to deal with Trip.Com, online was a pain but I got thru it.
I’ll be returning to Belleville IL and will stay here again."

"The price is very high. In the big bed room directly set by Ctrip, the room is OK. The area is not very big but it is very clean. There is no special smell and it is very quiet. Because it is a business trip, there is not much experience. The overall is not bad."

Guest will be charged for any items missing from the unit. Which includes towels, linen, supplies, fans, etc. as well as any damages.
For companies renting unit you must go over all house rules with staff and must have a designated person in charge of the house. Anyone violated the house rules may cause that person or the entire group to be removed from the property.
No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property.
There will be a $500 pet fee for any undisclosed pet.
