Quaint, quiet location in a small cove of the lake with private dock for swimming/boat hookup. Beautiful, tree-lined lot with views of the lake. Large deck for nights at the lake! Walk directly to the dock/lake from the house. Bruce Creek Boat Ramp is easily accessible; just a 3 minute drive. Property is the second to last house on a dead end street in a small cul-de-sac so there is very little vehicle traffic. Cabin accommodates 6. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 full bath. Plenty of seating options with 2 separate living spaces. Living room with sectional sofa, semi-private living room with sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Keurig, 12 Cup Filter Coffee Maker, Air Fryer), Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Large Deck, Firepit, Charcoal Grill, Large TV with BluRay/DVD Player/Streaming.
