About this property
Long story short, I built this house so my family and friends can all get together in one place. I wanted somewhere open and private, close to a lake, and off the beaten path. But also close enough to civilization. I want your family and friends to enjoy this house, too. Get together up here for a getaway weekend, a full week off, or more. Thereโs room for everybody, a full kitchen, outdoor barbecue, outdoor bonfire pit, 2 miles of walking paths on the property, 46 acres of woods, and the best stars youโve seen in Georgia. I also have a JetSki and ATVs available for rent. If youโve got a big group, this is your place.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 5 total).All pet stains and damage paid by renter.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Turn thermostats off when you leave (upstairs hallway and living room). Drape used towels over bathtub edges, leave used beds unmade.Place kitchen trash in green trash bin, located on the right side of the front deck.
