Guestship , friendly ... very pleasant environments , make us and we will stay customers for the future . "From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and made to feel comfortable. The room was a good size and tastefully refurbished,with a large bathroom and walk in closet. The food is excellent and the half board worth every penny. The evening meal is tasty and plentiful. It’s a beautiful town and the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the ski lift. In fact it was so good, we extended our stay. Thank you Hotel Lamm"

"I stayed there for 4 days and my son, who lives in Sterzin, visited me for dinner. I m not a high demand guest and have a chill attitude in general but what happend in this Hotel was beyond. After being treated very rudely four times on two different days by one of the staff members for reasons I don't know and which was witnessed by two of his colleagues (who told me I was completly right and it was totally unacceptable). I filed a complaint on Sunday night March 17th. I was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for me. It was promised that the employee in question would be spoken to the next day. After that I was no longer helped and I was completely ignored when I tried to order something in the bar. I find this extremely rude and very unprofessional. His behavior but even more so the manager's response to my complaint I really think this is inadequate from the perspective as a customer. This left me with a very bad feeling and spoiled my stay with them."

"We tried the Nepomuk restaurant during the unmaculate 2025 bridge and we were very good!! Modern, very friendly and careful staff. The location is slightly outside the center, you reach comfortable walking through a crossroad, however very easy and quiet area. We have tried pizzas, very good and for nothing heavy. Very recommended"
