Stirling Court Hotel
"Great location and great use of university sports facilities. Would like to see a little more selection on buffet and perhaps better stocked."
Stirling Youth Hostel
"The real star of this hostel is its location right in the thick of the old town . It is situated next to the Old Town gaol which is where the tourist information centre is . The castle is just up the hill along the cobbled street. You need your keycard to gain entry to the corridors and your rooms. The accomodation is on two levels and this is quite a climb not to mention the walk up the hill. My room was compact ,4 bunkbeds with ensuite shower and toilet ,however the floor boards creak and are very noisy so early mornings and late nights disturb everyone . The staff are friendly and are good at providing information . Just down the street is a Wetherspoons pub (The Crossed peels) which has good for food and beer good value for money. There are other bars that looked good but i did not have the opportunity to try. There is also a VUE cinema over the footbridge at the railway station . During my stay the UCI World cycling championship was taking place and the streets were closed on and off for most of my stay so to avoid being trapped in the car park on my day of departure to Pitlochry i had to park at Springkerse park and ride for 3 nights which is over a mile away. Parking at the hostel is limited anyway to about 8 spaces."
Stirling Highland Hotel- Part of the Cairn Collection
"Google Map brought us to wrong place. Hotel provides free parking which is nice. Walking distance to many attractions."
Hotel Colessio
"Stayed here many times and never had anything to complain about. Always friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a good Scottish breakfast"
Holiday Inn Express STIRLING by IHG
"Very good service staff. All friendly!!"
Willow Court
"Very good accommodation for the price, but the mattress could have been better. Clean and comfortable, but without the TV that seems to be standard in most hotels rooms these days. Easy parking. My main criticism is that it is almost impossible to find anywhere to eat on campus even early in the evening. We were sent to a ghastly looking cafeteria type eatery, only to find it already closed. We ended up buying snacks from the small on site supermarket. If planning to stay here, bring your own food. The breakfast included in the price was very good though."
Travelodge Stirling M80
"The only available rooms were the 'Family Rooms'. As a single person it's a rip off because the 'family room' is nothing more than a standard double room but with a pull out bed underneath the double. Add to that the hair in the sink, no soap in the dispensers and the general shoddy state of the rooms and I'd only recommend it if there's nowhere else!"
Golden Lion Hotel
"Staff were good, food pish ,beds pish, drinks overpriced pish , piano man pish , hallways leading to rooms vile smell needs more than a lick of paint"
Travelodge Stirling City Centre
"Fantastic place to stay. Stirling is the heart of Scotland and everywhere is accessible from here. The hotel has been upgraded and the food is exceptional (especially the steak pie). The staff are very friendly and the rooms are immaculate. I travel to Stirling 3 times a year and always stay at Stirling Travelodge….its brilliant."

Victoria Square & the Orangery
"We stayed for 2 days in one of the hotel’s private rooms and had a truly wonderful experience. We had the chance to meet the owner, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The location of the hotel is fantastic—quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. The staff were also very kind and friendly. Throughout our stay, we felt completely at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, with great attention to guest comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with full confidence. If I visit Stirling again, I would love to stay at this lovely hotel and see these kind people once more."
Juniper Court
Lost Guest House Stirling
"An excellent guest in the centre with a very affordable and good breakfast."
The Inn at Kippen
The Allan Park
"I really loved my stay The Allan Park. Such a nice cozy homie place. Very spacious room that has everything you need, staff is really helpful and friendly, cozy lounge room with a fireplace. The only thing I would suggest adding is the hook on a bathroom door for a towel. Would love to stay here in future and highly recommend for anyone."
Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel & Spa
"Very good hotel"
Fletcher's Restaurant Bar & Rooms
"From the time we arrived we felt at home at this hotel. The staff here are exceptional, the location perfect, our room was spacious and warm and the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was excellent.
