Ruby Frida Hotel Stockholm by IHG

The hotel environment is fantastic, with a very beautiful public area featuring plenty of resting sofas. The rooms are spotless, the staff are warm and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is great. It's very convenient with both convenience stores and large supermarkets nearby, and the subway station is right next to it.

Great atmosphere; almost all the guests are fellow compatriots. Just 10 meters from the subway entrance and 2 stops to the train station—super convenient. There's a McDonald's, supermarket, and beauty store right downstairs. For this price point, the value for money is exceptionally high. We didn't buy breakfast and couldn't get a reservation at the rooftop restaurant, so we went to the bar instead and had cocktails by a top 6 mixologist. It was mind-blowing, and the clientele was mostly American. The only issue was at check-in, where the front desk insisted on collecting an excessive amount of personal information (even home addresses). Not sure if this complies with EU GDPR? (Btw, after I refused to fill it out, the front desk quickly processed the check-in and handed over the room key....)

After several business trips, this is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. The room isn't huge, but it's very well-equipped, even with in-room speakers. The common areas have hot water, vending machines, and an iron and ironing board, making it perfect for business travelers. The breakfast in the lobby is quite extensive, and they even offer free freshly ground coffee, which is a thoughtful touch. On the second floor, there's a very large common area where you can relax, read, or work. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Stockholm. The staff are also incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel has a charming, nostalgic, retro music vibe.

Excellent hotel! I loved the decor, and they even had two Marshall speakers. It's right next to the subway station, so transportation is super convenient. The front desk and other staff were also incredibly friendly.

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with a consistent 'white' decor throughout. The hotel is located in a residential area, making it exceptionally quiet. If you prefer a lively neighborhood, this might not be the place for you. Right next door is a famous subway station, perfect for checking out the murals. Breakfast was just okay.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The receptionist was very helpful during my check-in process.
