Best possible value for money. Excellent location close to major tourist attractions + clothing and accessory stores + supermarkets (5 min walk to Lidl and Hemköp). The room is equipped with everything you may need and has some very pleasant tiny details: mini fridge, kettle, blow dryer, two sets of dumbells, shampoo/lotion/conditioner, safe, a lot of hangers in the wardrobe, two pillows of different softness, blackout curtains, warm floors in the bathroom, temperature regulators in bedroom and bathroom, a lot of power outlets. The breakfast buffet may not be the most varied, but you can still arrange yourself a decent meal (the only disadvantage is that breakfast time ends at 9:30, which for some people might be too early). Would also like to mention really quick and easy check-in/check-out process.

The lady at the door when we checked in was extremely rude. There wasn’t any lift at the entrance hence we had to carry our bags for a few steps so i left my handbag and jacket on the couch so i could carry my 25kg luggage by myself. Once I reached the front desk i was asked my first name after repeating twice she asked again what is your first name as if idk whats my first name so i told my last name instead and she just passed me my room key without even checking my ID. Once i got to my room heard someone knocking on our room door once i opened she had the very annoyed face and questioned me “ did you forget something? “ i began panicked thinking what did i left and called my friend to look for what is missing so i thought of asking her what is it she found before even i could say something she said “ if you figure out what you lost come and look for me “ and walked away before even i could say something. That was crazy istg never have i ever was told off that way. Only to realise that i left my bag and jacket on the couch. I don’t get she could have just said “ i think you left your bag in the couch “ honestly every other staff was soo friendly throughout the stay.

The hotel is located near the city central train station. Thestaff is very nice to help us.

The warm welcoming, the localisation, the cleanliness, The decor.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the city center and a 3 minute walk to the biggest food market. The breakfast was below-average. The options are quite limited and some of the things are not renewed regularly. Another problem was the beds. It was extremely uncomfortable and my back and neck still hurts. Otherwise it was okay, the room was cleaned every day and also it was clean overall. We did not care but the street noise was coming a lot especially during weekend. Staff was helpful on the counter, but there is one person on the kitchen stuff with extremely annoying attitude. She tried to rush us to finish breakfast in a rude tone.

Good location. The room is spacious and warm (we stayed in the winter). Breakfast is super, has many tasty options.

The service was very poor. Polite but extremely ineffective. We stayed 10 days, no wifi in the room, issue with the bathtub. We were paying for services they advertise but actually do not offer. Very dissatisfied
