pros: the location is good considering there is a tram stop very near, there is a grocery below, and a mall within walking distance. cons: receptionists not very helpful esp those i conversed with online. kids even 2 yrs old are counted as adults and they are very strict with the headcount. had difficulty pinning location in grab because the entrance of the apartment is hidden or inside a complex.

Room is in size good enough for short stay. Cutlery and essentials are provided in the small open kitchen. There are 2 ceiling lamp in the room, but the one near the table is not working. but they have a floor lamp which make it still possible to have good lighting for the table. I personally do not like the pillows, they are small like cushions in size approx. 45x45cm. I will give higher score to this apartment if they use real pillows. But in general, it's clean and location good enough for my trip.

Complete with everything. Easy access to tram, coop, nice room. Bigger space.

The room is quite large but it doesn’t have much room service. But all the staff in the hotel was very nice and polite !

Reception were all very kind. I like that it’s next to a bus station and a huge supermarket. However, it’s not a very explorable/walkable or very pretty compared to the rest of the city. While it was very clean, there was an extreme smell of garlic(?) potentially coming from the trash. We weren’t sure. Again, everything was very clean and the trash was empty. Since we only stayed for the night, it wasn’t a huge issue. The only other thing was that it wasn’t super clear to us that breakfast had to be preordered. It was most likely written somewhere but i kept reading in emails and in the elevator “breakfast served in bags at reception in the morning” or something of the sort which was pretty confusing. This is also my first time in Sweden, I’m not sure if it’s to be expected for breakfast to not be included. Overall a good experience :)
