It was a real 4 star experience staying at the hotel. Hotel is close to the central terminal and easily accessible via metro or bus. Great lobby and friendly and helpful reception. Room size is decent and as expected, had a large TV in the room which was surprising as most other hotels have a tiny 15 inch tv just for the sake of meeting criteria. Really happy about the 32 inch tv as a whole provided in the room. Also there is a sauna room, though it's available only from 10 AM to 10 PM. And the breakfast was really good, it was the widest spread of varieties I had seen at a hotel so far. All the food and drinks are top quality. As eating out is quite expensive, it saved our expenses quite a bit. As a bonus, they have a nice English pub adjoining to the hotel property which actually has a London pub vibe. Overall an amazing stay.

An amazing hotel in a beautiful city. Love the schedule of activities from movie nights, relaxation reading in the hanging space to bike hire to name a few. Definitely coming back! Fantastic family rooms with pull down bunks. Great for a family of 4.

Very old hotel, it is the stairs when you enter the door, you have to carry the luggage! There is a staircase in our room and I have checked my luggage twice! The hotel is very old and Swedish feels. A particularly dull outdoor seating area and a lobby that resembles a train station in terms of the flow of people in motion is what you are met with in the entrance.Despite late check-in, there is a noticeable queue of guests wanting tourist information, pre-paying check-out and much more.We have booked a room in the ”Moderate Double” category, which turns out to be a minimal room with a bed the size of which can hardly accommodate two adults.Hot outside and inside, it's a sickening air with no possibility to correct. Order a fan via the front desk, which, however, never shows up.A positive was a breakfast with a large selection, but missing bread that didn't seem to come from the freezer. A bit messy environment with many guests despite good initiative with booked spot times.Overall, it feels like Clarion Södermalm is struggling with the 4 star category

Breakfast is very rich, the hotel's location is better, the transportation is convenient, and there are many shops around, including dining. Not far from the city's train station and coach station, not more than 500 meters. The hotel service is good, but did not ask if you can add an extra bed. From the room you check in, there is enough space for an extra bed. Not aware of parking conditions.

My partner and I tacked on some vacation time in Stockholm in advance of a work trip. We chose this hotel due to the location and ratings. We were extremely impressed with the amenities, utilized the sauna/cold plunge spa, and the decently appointed gym. We ended up getting in very early and were provided a room immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We don't have a single negative thing to say about our stay. The only improvement would be better pillows, but that's just personal preference. The location is fantastic and there is much to see within a short walk. The National Museum is right across the harbor, church, Nobel Prize museum, Royal House, Parliament building, etc. You can walk about 20 minutes to the Vasa Museum, and the others in that area. Public transit is very accessible, even the ferries. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely hotel, second stay here and both times were wonderful, thanks to excellent room and helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast, vegan and gluten free options as well. Easy access to city center by metro, or walk about 3km. Supermarket downstairs and another 200m away. Only thing missing was minibar/mini-fridge, would have been plenty of room for one in the room.

This hotel is super central right next to the central station, walking into the lobby it is very large and filled with music that makes you happy. The staff at the front desk is among the most professional and welcoming I have experienced in Scandinavia. They provided us with all the info we needed and reminded us to book a slot for the next mornings breakfast with a QR code. The room was at the 10th floor and had walk to ceiling windows with a great view of the park. The bed was very inviting and the window area had two comfortable chairs and a table for us to enjoy our evening. Even tho the bathroom looked a bit older it was super spacious and Had both a tub and a shower. A plus also that we had ironing board and an iron nicely tucked away in the room. All tho it was very hot in the city that day the room was cool and comfortable and we didn’t hear any noice from outside or the hall witch is great. There was a cute bar area outside right next to the spa I wan recommend having a drink there. We also tried a burger in the restaurant and it was not to bad. The breakfast was impressing! So many options and you could even choose if you wanted well done bacon or a bit softer style. The buffet was split into two areas making it feel spacious and not that busy. The slot times was a great idea as you can enjoy breakfast without hundreds of people and easy to find a table. Plus for a waffle station with 4 irons! All in all this hotel is a great option when staying in Stockholm! I would gladly come back. Left with a smile!

The hotel is ideally located, the staff are pleasant, the quality of the bed and the breakfast is quite good. We had to change the room because the room we received did not correspond to what was written on the site. And so, it was not suitable for my son in disability. The new room was a little better but not completely. That made our life very complicated. I would like the description corresponds to the real configuration of the places. Then people who are a little ”different” will be able to choose correctly and not find themselves in a very unpleasant impasse.
