Anyway, the location is great... it's just a few minutes to the shopping center, and there's a nice restaurant called Willow in front.
If I go back next time, I'd like to stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four for an overnight to go to Alton Towers theme park. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty parking which is free. The only complaint we had was at breakfast there wasn't a lot of choice as everything had ran out by 8am in the morning and wasn't replaced.

Incredibly convenient location for the event we were attending at Trentham Gardens, with free parking too. All the staff we encountered (reception, breakfast staff and cleaners) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, they were a credit to the Premier Inn. The room was a perfect size, with excellent facilities. The bed was particularly comfortable and both my wife and I had one the best sleeps we have had in a hotel for a long time. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was very good quality and not overcooked or dry like some other buffet breakfast we have experienced. We will definitely stay here again. Fantastic!

While the hotel is okay. The food was horrendous. Got a combo starter and everything was overcooked and like trying to eat a lump of coal, then got scampi chips & mushy peas, the peas were like hardening cement! The scampi was cheap tiny pieces from Iceland probably. Left it. Won’t be eating there again!

I was pleasantly surprised by my spacious premier plus room. I was upgraded to Plus for free. Great room with coffee maker, chocolate, superior tea, fridge and iron and ironing board. Great bathroom with superior liquid soap and body wash. The beds and linen at Premier Inns are always good. The room was very clean and quiet. We ate breakfast at one of the restaurants (Willow) adjacent to the hotel. Very convenient and good. Trentham Gardens and a wonderful shopping village also adjacent to the hotel. Definitely worth a visit. My room was only £42 and £15 extra to check in early.

Excellent hotel, booked 5 different rooms for family members, double twins and a family room. No complaints from any of them, breakfast was lovely, enjoyed by us all. Visited the shopping village before leaving and that was also excellent.

When I arrived at the restaurant I was standing for 7 minutes before I was noticed. They served others who came after I arrived. They finally sat me at the table, I am on meal deal and my employer paid for it. I ordered a tap water and a salad . It took 50 minutes for the girl who served me to noticed that I was still waiting not that she was attentive, she noticed because I called her, and I asked if the salad was going to take much longer and she said she would find out . Apparently they lost the ticket and I sat there for 50 minutes for nothing. I finally get a salad and no grilled chicken as I had no intention of staying there all night. Also the mug in the room was not clean and the toilet chemicals were left on top part of the toilet. I suggest you manage this hotel in a more effective way

Lovely premier plus room.. Excellent check in by will. Room was very good , plenty of sockets . Nespresso machine , Green and Blacks chocolate . Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast . Parking free and plenty of it . Close to shops and attractions.
