Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

A mive place to stay in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and good value with attentive happy staff. Good value let down by air conditioning that does not go below 19°c!!

Room was modern and absolutely spotless. Cracking value for money. Was going to alton towers and the prices of hotels nearer to the area or in fact alton towers itself was crazy especially what we payed for this and the fact there was plenty to offer from the shopping centre across the car park with many of restaurants also.

We’re regulars to Premier Inn - upwards of 25 family stays a year (although this will be no longer as we’ve just got a puppy and none of them take dogs) and this is by far the best one we’ve stayed in. Location is excellent with Trentham Estate a 1 minute walk on site, rooms were spotless and refreshed, there’s a bar and restaurant in the same building (none of the stupid attached pubs) and it’s a very relaxing and calm atmosphere with plenty of staff available

We stayed here as a base for Alton Towers and it was a good choice. The staff were so friendly and really made the experience as they were so warm and happy despite being rushed off their feet. We stayed in room 7 which was a ground floor family room. Everything was clean and well equipped. The downside was the breakfast as it was very limited compared to other premier inns I have stayed at before. Especially for vegetarians. The food was good at dinner just very very slow coming.

Great location really friendly staff and good food .Have stayed here plenty of times and will stay here again. Very good value

Perfect location pleasant atmosphere our room was spotless and comfortable there was no noise at all even though our room was at the back with a busy road behind Also walking distance to shopping village and Trentham gardens We had our meals here and Jamie was extremely attentive and helpful

Decent food decent rooms, 219 bath is a slip and slide #bambionice staff are very welcoming and friendly.
