"Excellent experience! Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing and enjoying small meals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside patio deck and pool area was also very nice. We will definitely stay here again."

"14 Reasons why we had a terrible time: 1) no heat or A/C for 2 days, until maintenance discovered it! 2) the vegetable drawer in frig was broken and we needed to use it; requested 3x for it to be fixed. 3) the floors were filthy - GROSS! 4) Crumbs on DR chairs - GROSS! 5) CRUMBS on the toaster - GROSS! 6) the housekeeping subcontractors totally monopolized the sole elevator in a building with 16-20 units, ALL DAY the day we tried to check in and needed the elevator. 7) cart to transfer items from vehicle to unit was LOCKED in a closet. 8) Timer on oven, which we needed, wouldn't work. 9) Cheap microwave controls extremely difficult to use. 10) Your key cards are so sensitive ours had to be redone 3x - we've never had that happen at any timeshare or hotel in 35 years. 11) NO TOILET PAPER when we checked in. 12) No instructions to operate dryer in combo washer/dryer. 13) NO DRYER VENT! 14) When we needed help from maintenance during off hours, there was NO ANSWER AND NO VOICE MAILBOX SET UP. This will all be reported on Trip Advisor and Facebook. I tried to give Capital Vacations a chance to keep me from posting this but no one would call me back."
