Take a cab from the airport, streets are medina like so easy to get lost Room was spacious, clean, everything worked - tv had lots of English speaking news, spots and film channels. Breakfast on the terrace was good. Above all the staff were fantastic. Location is very central 6 minutes walk from sea.

Lovely historic hotel providing a cool calm oasis in the busy world of Stonetown. We had a lovely, large & comfortable bedroom with a modern bathroom. A spacious shower with large bath towels & soft bathrobes. We had a delicious evening meal on the roof terrace accompanied by a musician playing traditional music. The breakfast was excellent, again on the roof terrace. The staff were very friendly and happy. We only stayed one night but we loved it!

I had a very enjoyable night at this small and friendly hotel. The breakfast in the roof top restaurant looking out to see was unforgettable. Beautiful clean rooms and lovely friendly staff. Can definitely recommend.

Everything was amazing. If you are thinking about staying in stone town I %100 recommend Kisiwa House. Also room 9 was amazing. They had live music at the rooftop it was amazing

We love the design and the furnitures, the room was clean and the service was excellent, and the place is near to all activities found in stone town and Shanda was Soo nice too us

I had the most wonderful stay at Kisiwa House Stone Town. A gorgeous hotel in a great location in Stone Town. The staff were amazing (especially Shenda on reception who had many recommendations and organised any trips, restaurant booking etc). I would highly recommend staying here- I know I’ll definitely be back! Thank you everyone for making my time in Stone Town so enjoyable

The hotel is nicely located, the decor is beautiful but the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is so attentive, extremely kind and eager to help. Our room was always perfectly done at all times of the day. I highly recommend this hotel!
