Very small room compared with that on the ad. Mould around windows and around the bathroom ceiling. Had some issues combining two bookings but finally got sorted.

A really well situated hotel, near to the brewery Quarter which has lots of food options for dinner or lunch. An excellent breakfast, and great coffee food was fresh and plentiful on the buffet. Staff are friendly and keen to help allowed us to store our bags when we arrived, until our rooms were ready. I was provided with a sewing kit on request request and additional tea and coffee available for our rooms. There was also a self service option at breakfast enabling guests to have breakfast to go transportable cups and bags were provided.

Very convenient location.
Room was comfortable, a little small but not unexpected.
Unfortunately lacked an on-site car park, but NCP (with a hotel discount) was just next door.

The hotel service was good and the staff members were helpful! But somehow my booking via Trip.com changed to ticket.com for an unknowns reason that led to double charge of my booking. In the end, the staff members helped sorting out the issue.

Nice location in centre of town, parking at NCP is expensive. Rooms are good but some are right next to the road and noisy. I requested a quiet room but was given one right above a corner road junction and traffic lights. They were unable to relocate us unfortunately
