First night here and already I have come across disappointment! They market the area to look like a comfortable Glamping experience, even with the nature duo room, however it is quite no different than camping! On the website the pictures do not show a clear representation of the differences between the rooms, otherwise I would have paid a bit extra to be more comfortable, nonetheless you would expect all rooms to be up to a certain "glamping" standard. We have whine glasses and a bbq but no shower or bedding which looks kind of funny. Also, our tent is probably the farthest away from parking, the shared shower area and the cafe/ pool area which if there was a map on the website again I would have chosen otherwise! The pool area is tiny and is not enough for the size of the entire accommodation for sure, it is also mostly for children to enjoy not really to relax by as the deepest it gets is also only 4ft. The market they have on site doesnt really have much to offer, we had to go to walmart to get certain things like ice for a cooler and soap. Not really sure if I'll be back and if you want comfort definitely do not book the nature duo tents, also the outside seating area is not very clean spiders everywhere, I had to clean it myself, at least it should be maintained a bit if guests are booked to come so we could enjoy it, I don't know I think they just need to upgrade their services a bit more, maybe get rid of this nature duo one altogether i felt like just because i got it at a reasonable price I got ripped off and I can't even say anything because the receptionist just goes, "oh yeah that's because its the nature duo!" Well, I wish I knew before! Anyways you live and learn! We couldn't even stay for the two nights we booked and check out the next day, that's all I have to say!

I really wanted to love this experience but it was a waste of time and money. We left two nights into a five night stay because the temperature at night was dipping into the 30s and the little camp stove only holds 2 logs at a time; which made it impossible to build a large enough fire to keep the tent warm. This is likely not a problem June-August, but in mid-May the nights are still cold so keep that in mind when planning your trip. We also left after we realized there is nothing to do in the area because everything is closed despite it being a few days away from Memorial Day. A local at the boat launch on Lake George told us it’s usually much busier; but this year has been dead. We drove around the area for two days and couldn’t find any local attractions that were actually open.

We come every year to reconnect with nature and spend some good quality time disconnecting from the world. Our trappeure is always clean and has all the basic needs for a few days 0f glamping. Cailey at the front desk was always smiling and very kind, even driving our wood up to us. Every year before we leave we are already planning our return trip. Truly our home away from home. 10/10

Glampy site but not glampy campy
Beautiful setting until the long walk pulling carts of our belongings uphill to our campsite. Needless to say had to find 2 carts that had inflated tires! Other option is being driven up by a golf cart but you still have the walk to your car and back up for garbage. True campers pack lightly as there is very limited space. Also lack of anything to do in the camp itself. Wi-Fi would be nice to listen to music also.

Stayed at Huttopia for 3 nights in August and had a great time. Everything is just as it looks/says on their website. My wife and 2 young kids (6 year olds) stayed in one of the tents with a bathroom. Lots of privacy (most sites are pretty far apart), beautiful campground in the wilderness, and fun games and swimming for the kids at the lodge. The shower in the tent was excellent, the water pressure and hot water far exceeded my expectations! Will be staying here again, and likely the other Huttopia locations in the Northeast.

Glamping at its best!
I would describe our stay at Huttopia as a mix between camping (we opted for in a hut WITHOUT a bathroom/running water) and a memorable private cottage of our own.
It was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet.
We loved our stay - even with some rain. We would absolutely stay here again (although I do think we would spring for a private bathroom next time).
The Lodge hosted a nightly campfire with s'mores and featured lots of games (foosball, ping pong etc.) Enjoy!

Outstanding glamping location. We loved everything about it. The tents, on site food, swimming pool, play area, staff, everything.

Great glamping experience. Running water, electricity and gas grill was the icing on the cake!
